I'm going to start out by saying I am NOT the type to leave negative reviews, but this is the third time in a row I have received the wrong order and a terrible response for asking for it to be corrected at this location. Whoever the older lady is in the back needs to find work that doesn't involve human interaction. She proceeded to argue with me when I informed the very sweet cashier that the pieces of chicken in my order were incorrect. Older lady told me that I placed the order wrong to which I opened the app and showed her exactly what I ordered. I don't remember what she said after that. Just rudeness, even though I was nothing but kind and patient. Normally I wouldn't have even bothered bringing it up, but my kids will literally only each drumsticks...which is why I specifically ordered those. Even though I ordered for "rapid pickup", or whatever they call it, it was just sitting on the counter so I had to wait for the cashier to get through the order line before I could point out my order just sitting there getting cold. Got home to find no biscuits were given. Another kid favorite. Again, the 3rd time I have had an experience like this and always with the same person and very similar issue of wrong and/or missing items. Read moreOn Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 7:57 PM, I placed my order at the drive thru. Ticket #1936 I ordered a chicken sandwich and two popcorn chicken. The woman at the drive thru was friendly not a problem. However, after I received my order, I pulled out and then reached into the bag to get the chicken sandwich. As soon as I felt of the sandwich, I thought to my self what is this very hard item in the wrapper? I pulled it out of the bag opened the wrapper to take a look. It looked like a chicken sandwich, but it was hard as a block of wood. I thought I just paid almost $4 for this??? I pulled around to the front, went in, and told the very unfriendly blond headed woman standing at the counter. I thought, boy, she certainly doesn't need to be working around customers with her attitude. Without a single apology, she took the sandwich. And gave me another chicken sandwich. The bun wasn't hard but the chicken was dry and hard. Simply put, KFC, you have just lost a long time customer. I will never give you any of my business ever again. Firstly, the older lady working in front register immediately interrupts me to tell me “any delivery order is gonna be a minute” so I said okay that’s fine and waited. I sit there for over 10 minutes waiting for an order that she had put together and left sitting on the back counter, for god knows how long, where I cannot grab it. She could’ve put it on the delivery stand where it goes, but I guess she thought it would be funny to let the customers food sit while I’m looking directly at her waiting. I stand there waiting even longer and finally after the customers food sat there and got cold, she throws her hands up to her manager with an attitude acting like she doesn’t know what I'm standing there waiting on. Finally, after saying something two times, she rudely handed me the customers food. I’d recommend having someone who isn’t as unpleasant working with customers because her attitude was completely disrespectful and disgusting. Don’t recommend going in, if you’re going to order food here because you’ll be gossiped about in the back while the food sits...
