Alive & Well — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Came in about a month ago with a friend. The young bartender (black and blonde split dyed hair, didn’t get her name) was very rude. We asked what red wines you have and she said “I don’t drink red wine” and we said ok do you have a list and then she read the entire list to us and ran her finger down the list while she was reading it to us, like a children’s book. Very rude with an attitude. She was making a cocktail in the shaker and it popped open and splashed all over us too, we were sitting at the bar. I asked for a napkin and she said “calm down baby girl”. What?? I’ve been here before with different bartenders and they were very nice and I enjoyed my experience, but as long as she is there I don’t think i’ll be back....

been here a few times and liked it enough to come back. we came in yesterday and sat at the bar- the man working didn't lift his head to look at us or say hi, not a big deal because he seemed busy making cocktails for the very few people that were in there at the time. I've got no problem waiting for a drink but he skipped over us twice and served people who came in and sat down after us. probably wouldn't have happened if he had lifted his head up to look around and be aware of his surroundings as a bartender. we ended up leaving and...

Wow, great new (August 2023) cocktail bar near me in Gaslight Clifton. Def worth a visit. Enjoyed several cocktails. Awesome decor & music.

Full bar so they can make whatever, but the stuff on the menu is all good. They are a few low bites like charcuterie. Service was excellent. Tuesdays are vinyl / turntable nights, so very cool, but their playlist is good regardless.
