Normally, I wouldn’t consider mac and cheese for a meal. However, I recently tried it during a free lunch at my workplace.

The menu offered a variety of mac and cheese options, and I chose the one with Sriracha and crumbled potato chips, along with a soft drink. Naturally, the company manager handled the online payment.

My order arrived on time and was still warm. The food came in a small aluminum tray, covered by a thin lid.

Although the portion was small, it was dense. The aroma was rich, and the taste was soft and creamy. The Sriracha added some flavor, though it wasn’t very noticeable. The chips remained crunchy, thanks to the lack of excess liquid.

I finished it as quickly as it had arrived. I'm not sure whether my order was a small, medium, or large, but this portion was unacceptable as any sizes by U.S. standards. If this were Japan, I would totally believe that it was a large. Since I wasn't the one paying, I will still give this shop a perfect rating for the quality...

Edit: I dropped another star. Seriously this place is just going downhill. This last batch I got was crazy dry! Seriously, tastes like plain noodles topped with bacon and cheese. There is normally a cheese sauce and they must've went super light. I hate how it just keeps going downhill. My husband brought this to me as a surprise and I was so happy at first...but yet again they've disappointed. I don't know if they're being extra light on ingredients now but it shouldn't be this dry and flavorless. Out of the last 4 I have gotten, 1 was good. I kept trying again hoping it was a bad batch but honestly it has become more normal that it isn't good.

Disappointed. This used to be my FAVORITE place. They changed the containers to be smaller for the same price. The large used to be this huge circle container with a tall lid - it gave me about 2-2.5 meals. Now they are small rectangle containers with flat lids. The first time I thought they mistakenly gave me the regular size but no this is the new large for the same price. I hate when companies downsize portions for the same price. Went here last night for a trivia that was being hosted. Was advertised to start at 8 and we arrived at 7:30. The drinks were good but expensive and staff was friendly, but the food was just awful. Their quesadillas were essentially a tortilla with boiled, unseasoned chicken and nothing else. It was inedible. That said, by 9:30 we left without trivia ever starting. A server said that the guy that was supposed to be running it was late around 9, and had previously told us they moved it to 8:30. While I don't blame the restaurant for the guy flaking out, I do blame them for never once making an announcement that it would be delayed or communicating what was going on. We waited longer than most for it to begin to give the benefit of the doubt, but tons of people left by this point because we were essentially left in the dark about an event that never occured. The restaurant closes at 10, so I doubt it took off after we waited for 2+ hours either.
