Nice facility. Great atmosphere for Steelers games. Service is what deserves 1 star. Along with an appetizer, entree, and alcoholic drinks us both, we ordered a Calzone. Although the portion was very generous, it seemed very undercooked. We inspected it. Cheese inside was not melted. Dough on the bottom and inside was cold and unrisen. We calmly asked to send it back and try another item. The bartender was kind to understand and return it. Shortly after, who appeared to be the kitchen manager, came to us and say "we're out of meatballs", then walked away. We asked for a menu to choose something else. "No" was all that was said. We conversated with the elder, gray haired man. He explained, "he is tired of this". Tired of what? "Tired of people doing this for no good reason. This isn't a taste test". We explained the condition of the Calzone. He disagreed and asked that we leave and don't come back. He then reached for our dishes and insisted that we don't pay, leave, and don't come back. Up until that moment, all moods we're calm. Tempers then flared as we exchanged comments of how we won't be back, don't come back, I'd be glad if you didn't come back and other similar comments. I look forward to others, like you, to read this as you should be aware that service will be very limited and without patience. Martino's has a strong reputation for having bad attitudes within management. In result, the poor moral of the service staff is apparent. This experience exemplified that reality. To the owner of Martino's, I hope you are aware of this behavior. Please resolve it before other long term patrons also experience this and spread the word, which could only magnify this unfortunate image of your business. Martino's or not, GO STEELERS! from a fine establishment elsewhere that is receptive...

I've been visiting Martinos for 6 years. The last 3 times I've been there the service has been terrible. A couple of weeks ago the waitress who serves the table I sit at kept walking by without asking for my order. When I finally was able to place my order, I was sent the wrong food and had to get it remade. Fast forward to yesterday.. I came in and the waitress asks me if I'd like to order my food at halftime like I usually do. I said yes, but I'll like a drink now. I then asked her if another waitress was there. Apparently this offended her and she replied "No, but I can get you another waitress if you want". I didn't ask for another waitress, but after sitting until the second quarter and no one asking if I would like a drink, I got up and asked another waitress to get me a drink. The owner Marty came over yelling, being very unprofessional because he was upset a different waitress was in that area. I walked up to him, tried to shake his hand and explain the situation but he kept walking. I come there to support a local business and be around other Steelers fans, but from now on I will watch my NFL Sunday ticket at home and keep my little money in my pocket. Thanks for showing what kind of person you are, and how mature you...

Last night I decided to try this place of the recommendation of a friend and was highly disappointed with the customer service of the owner. I placed an order over the phone & picked up the food 15 mins later. After paying for my food I decided to check to see if my burger was cooked properly which it seemed to have been but the substitute of fries I got weren’t. They were saturated in grease and sloggy as if the grease wasn’t hot even when the fries were dropped. Just picking up a fry and squeezing it you could see all the grease coming out. When I addressed the bartender who rung me about the issue , she took to the owner in a solution. He decided to be combative about $2.50 French fries that could clearly see was soaked in grease as if I was wrong for not wanting to eat them . He did not want to give me my money back even tho I had intentions on eating the other item i bought . Eventually he did give me the $2.50 back but by that point I was disgusted with how he taunted me about not feeling comfortable with the fries I left my burger there as well. I would never recommend this bar as a place I’d go and...

I love this place and make it a point to come here at least once a year to watch the Steelers play. The food is phenomenal and the portions are huge for their price-point (I usually leave with a box of leftovers). I ordered a half of the hoagie named "The Snitch" in my last visit (pictured) which was very good. If you're in the mood for their wings, they are some of the best I've had in the area (try the Sparky sauce). This is also the only bar in the entire Cincinnati area I know of that serves Iron City/IC Light in bottles.

My first time eating here and all my coworkers raves about was the buffalo chicken salad. Let me say this place is a game changer. To start off with the portion size is humongous. I’m a big dude who likes to eat and even I could barely finish this bad boy. A variety mix salad not just plain old lettuce here to start, buffalo chicken strips(PLENTY not just 2 or 3 for optics) French fries(yes on a salad, yes delicious) and HAND FULLS of cheese with chipotle ranch. It was delicious and I can’t wait to order from them again.

Another burger week restaurant. Great service, comfortable atmosphere, and a lot of history. The food was very good, the bread was a surprising high point obviously high quality without taking anything away from the other parts of the burger. The chips are made in house and were crispy and tasty. Drinks are surprisingly reasonably priced with the bourbon slush only costing $3. An excellent place well with the visit
