On the Green — Restaurant in Cincinnati

On The Green gets 2 stars because of the terrible cleaning practices and how confused the workers allows are here. I come here at 10:30 almost everyday when it opens and I come in and it’s already dirty. The tables still have crumbs and marks and the floors must be swept with a stick not a broom!!? I don’t understand this maybe it’s the management here that’s the problem. The cups are also dirty, I talked with a worker here and they told me that we should rinse them off before using them because they also don’t think the cleaning is that good. I pay way too much for a dining plan for the food to be genuinely this awful. the dishes are dirty, The employees are rude, and lately they started portioning out teeny little plates of fries instead of letting people just take some next to their burger. I'm not joking when I say there's like 20 fries total...

Service here is poor. The servings they give you are very small and they give you attitude when you ask for more. Gave me half a scoop of mashed potatoes and 3 nuggets. That’s a serving? Paying almost $11 when the food is very bland and they don’t give you good portions and food taste is poor...
