Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cincinnati

The Papa John's over at, (132 W 7th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202) is so horrible! Ordered two pizzas, a two liter, and bread sticks and they told me around 35 minutes. Over two hours later and then the pizza was delivered. I explained to the driver that it was over two hours late and explained to him it should've been here within 35 minutes. He ended up calling me a liar and told me he doesn't care and to call a manager.

Later the next day I ended up calling and getting a refund and a free order of the same order that I placed. When I received my free order, the delivery driver was rude and had messed up on my order again. I explained to her that she brought me the wrong drink and was wondering if she could take this one back and give me the one I asked for. She explained that she already gave my drink to someone else and that I have to deal with what I got because it was a free order. I explained to her that it was free due to them messing up on my last order and having to wait two hours later to receive it. That's when she said to call the manager.

When she left, I ended up calling AGAIN and speaking to the same manager. She apologized for what happened and that she will send another driver to my location with my drink. Almost 3 hours later and I called back asking where the delivery driver was at. They explained to me that they aren't going to give me my drink due to the fact I gotten free stuff already.

So everyone who wants to order from papa John's, I HIGHLY recommend choosing a different pizza company...

If I could live 0 stars I would do that, but unfortunately google force to put 1... anyway. Just ordered a pizza, the order should be delivered in 24-34 min... 1.5 hour gone and no pizza... when called to the store I was connected with delivery guy who said that he called and nobody answered, so he turned back. It was weird as I kept my phone with me while waiting for the order. So I asked him to come back. My husband was awaiting this time - no calls, he just accidentally saw through the window how delivery guy was leaving our neighborhood. This time my husband called to the store and manager said that delivery guy couldn't reach us over phone. Just to check our connection my husband made a test call to me - no problems with the phone. Very frustrating... Papa Johns, check your employee's working supply - phones - before letting them on the route. Will never order with this facility again and don't recommend to anybody. Papa John's was (is?) the only pizza place to deliver to downtown OTR Cincinnati when I moved here 4 years ago, and I really enjoy the Papa Points rewards system! About 75% of the time, I receive my order promptly and with all items I ordered in good quality. An employee named Jackie is especially attentive and kind (I even tip her additionally at the door!)

But the other 25% of the time, it's like they have the "slow" staff working and I'll have items missing from my order - usually my drink or extra garlic sauce, problems with the quality of my order - pizza cut incorrectly/very sloppy or too much icing on dessert, poor attitude - once I had a deliverer who "reminded" my visiting friend that the delivery fee was not a tip. Some delivery people will actually go and get me the missing food/drink, while others seem to try and slip away.

A good location, just not 100%...
