The Aronoff brings everything from Broadway shows to standup to writers to the ballet. It's one of the anchors in the city that makes Cincinnati such a vibrant hub of the arts in the Midwest. Season tickets to Broadway Across America are affordable and provide something for everyone. There are three theatres seating from 150 to 3,000 patrons for events of all sizes. Book of Mormon, Cincinnati Ballet, Hamilton, Wicked, etc. It's all there! You can also take your drinks into the theatres, which has become almost a rarity for modern theatres. You can also pre order drinks to have them waiting for you when you are in intermission. The only caveat I have here is that the bathroom lines can get a little dicey, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to go pee if you need to. Better to go right before first curtain. There are lots of restaurants around, but it's also situated near a streetcar stop, so it's easy to eat anywhere downtown you want or have drinks and see a show. For easy tickets, simply call their local number and talk to their box office staff. They are super kind and super knowledgeable. They'll find you great seats within your budget for the show you're interested in. They'll also help you figure out what show you might be interested in.

Great theatre! We've sat in many locations from orchestra center (rows FF and P), the balcony and upper balcony and all seats are good - both for viewing and sound. In fact, when I take my 9yo daughter I like to get either M or higher Orchestra Center or Balcony so she can see well. Ofc, they do offer seat cushions to gives kids a boost to be tall enough - depending on event they either pass them out when they scan your ticket or you may need to request from an usher. Parking is terrible though. There's no dedicated garage or even one very close but there are many little lots nearby. (The kind of lot with no attendant, ticket machine, tight spaces and even tighter rows.) Although this theater is good, if you live North of downtown Cincy, you may want to see what's offered at Schuster Center (newer, big and beautiful, parking garage). Of course, there's many performances only available at Aronoff. Overall Aronoff is nice. I've seen many awesome performances there and I've never had any serious complaint.

We go to see the Elvis tribute show most every year. This year is the first time I consider being my last. The Elvis that passes out scarves ignores the generation of "original" Elvis fans. Ladies in their 70s and 80s patiently wait on the side to not interrupt the performance but to get a scarf that he passes out. The performer ignores the senior ladies in preference of the ones seated in the front row that just stand up when he gets near. From my seat, I watched senior women stand there for every bit of 20 minutes and walk away empty-handed while teenage and twenty somethings were quickly addressed. I really thought "Elvis" should have read the room a little better. It even seemed like the scarf guy on the side was encouraging him to get to the line of committed true generation Elvis fans. I take my parents here every year for a Christmas gift but tired of seeing the base fans ignored, they aren't getting younger, "Elvis!"

Amazing staff that takes excellent care of handicap needs! I had a great experience as well last night so I wanted to share. I recently had foot surgery and had tickets to a show last night. I debated on if I should go or not and in the end, decided I had to see this show. So I headed to the theatre on crutches and was ready to navigate the crowds. However, I didn't have to! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who offered me assistance. She grabbed a wheelchair for me and took me directly to my seat. They then took my crutches from me so I didn't have to worry about them and made sure I knew who to flag down if I needed anything. They checked on me 2 more times before the show started. Then, during intermission, they came over to see if I needed my crutches to go out. I decided to stay put and they told me to grab them if I needed anything. When the show ended, I stayed where I was to let the crowds die down. I scooted to the end of my row, where I was met by an usher with my crutches and the wheelchair again. They wheeled me all the way outside the side of the theatre where I had dropped my car (valet) and made sure I got taken care of by the valet people. I felt so at ease and was so impressed by how well they took care of all my needs. They ensured I was not jostled, didn't have to navigate crowds on crutches, and avoided me having to do the stairs. They went above and beyond and I had a great night! Note, I am a regular attendee at this theatre and always have a fantastic time, but this night was...

Saw BJ the musical and had a generally very good experience. The actors were phenomenal and we adored everything. Only thing was that at the end, our group split up so I could bring my car so my sibling with a mobility impairment wouldn't have to walk in the weather. One of the ushers brought them to a meltdown because he was intentionally ringing his keys near them and my partner to rush them. I understand wanting to lock up, as a fellow worker, but there wasn't much that my people could do given that I was the driver. Making snide comments to a visibly disabled teen and my partner really brings down the enjoyment of our evening. Everyone else was phenomenal-- I really wish I didn't have this end experience to blight it. We also significantly struggled to be able to use the elevators, which is understandably out of the lovely ushers' control, but seems like a bit of an oversight on the building managers' ends. It's really making me reconsider seeing Six the musical there, which I was honestly looking forward to and considering buying tickets for-- but if it's going to lead to meltdowns because of this, it really doesn't feel worth it. Not the most disability friendly, unfortunately. I hope all of the actors and other folks continue to do well with their shows-- they did a wonderful job and this doesn't discount from 90% of the experience and people there! Just sucks that one person affiliated decided to be a bit of a...

I have never been treated so kindly. Even before stepping foot into the Aronoff Center it was clear how helpful and wonderful all of the workers here are. I bought tickets to see Waitress and was unable to go to the show due to inclement weather. I called and spoke to the sweetest man who issued me a gift certificate for the amount I had spent. At the last minute, I was able to get out and make the drive to Cincinnati for the final showing. The wonderful woman, I think her name was Ashley but I can’t recall at the moment, helped me with booking the tickets and took care of everything. Then when I showed up, Lee and the lovely lady who had helped me on the phone told my sister (who had flown in from NYC) and I they were sorry to hear about our troubles making a performance of Waitress and grateful that we were able to come today, so they had upgraded our seats. It took everything in me not to start sobbing on the spot. It was such an unexpected act of kindness, to now have seats that I would have never been able to afford truly meant the world to my sister and I. I’m not sure if I can even convey how much this small act of kindness has meant to me. But if these are the kind of people who work here then I’ll happily drive to Cincinnati for any show I want to see. Thank you to everyone who worked to get together this gesture, and to all of the many workers who have gone out of their way to be nothing but kind, understanding,...
