We’ve been here several times recently and haven’t had any issues until tonight. We’ve always gone on a night other than Friday and Saturday though. My pickup time was 6 pm, by 6:20 I asked for an update and was told “5 more minutes”. At 6:25 I was told again “5 more minutes”. 6:30 came and passed without my order. By 6:35 I received my order. They set an expectation themselves regarding time on 3 occurrences and failed to meet all 3 of them (6:00, 6:25, & 6:30). During the 35 minutes I waited, they did offer me a coke and some mango drink but I said multiple times that I don’t like sugary drinks and that I was fine. Upon receiving my order at 6:35 I informed them that they were 35 minutes late, and I asked outside of free beverages, was there anything else they were willing to do for the inconvenience they caused. They said no of course. I asked again if I could just get a coupon or discount on my next order and they still said no. I took my order home & my food was ok but the chicken breast in my wife’s chicken makhani tasted stale, dry, and old.
If you choose to go here anytime soon, don’t go on a weekend evening. They aren’t capable of setting & meeting reasonable expectations & aren’t willing to take responsibility when they produce failure.
When a service provider fails to meet expectations they created on multiple levels & refuses to take responsibility for their actions, they are actively ruining the integrity of their business. No reasonable self respecting human being would return after an...

From the moment we stepped into Shaan, the aromas of authentic Indian cuisine promised a feast for our senses. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Chicken Tikka Masala, which was a masterful blend of rich, creamy tomato sauce and perfectly tender chicken, each bite bursting with a depth of flavor that only the most carefully crafted dishes can achieve.
My wife’s Sampler Platter was a delightful journey through the diverse landscape of Indian flavors, featuring an array of appetizers that were both intriguing and satisfying. Each component was a testament to the chef’s expertise in balancing spices and textures.
The Garlic Naan deserves a special mention. Fresh from the oven, its warm, pillowy softness paired with a subtle hint of garlic was the perfect companion to our main courses. It was the kind of bread that you hope will keep coming to the table until you reluctantly admit you’ve had enough.
In summary, Shaan delivered an exceptional dining experience that showcased the best of Indian cuisine. We left with our taste buds still dancing from the flavorful and well-seasoned dishes we had the pleasure of enjoying. We’ll certainly be back, and we recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly...
Read moreUNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! DO NOT GO BY OLD REVIEWS. THAT WAS FOR BASICALLY A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT. See issues below from me as a customer of over 10 years. So many problems. first thing they did was ask me to write a review when I got home. Big mistake if you're not a good restaurant. told my food would be 35 minutes, ended up being 55, and the place was not busy. my regular order was $10 more than it was with the old owners - The chicken tikka masala and vindaloo I ordered were basically soup. They cut WAY BACK on the chicken they put in... just a few pieces in each! I ordered two orders of samosas but they only gave enough of the sauces for one order. Wonder what they do when you only get one order. Hard to believe, but they even skimp on the rice! RICE!! The absolute cheapest thing, and they cut way back compared to the old management! on top of that, they no longer have the rewards program the old management had.
Do not bother going to this place! They are ripping you off! The old management ran it successfully for years with better food and servings. These people are trying to give you the least amount of food for higher cost. One or the...
