I will like to explain how I was treated at this location around between 9:00 and 9:15 pm today October the 12th 2024. The young kind Chinese girl ask if I wanted a small or a large bowl, and I responded that I wanted 3 large bowls, and I ask for the spaghetti in each bowl and if she can add more inside after she was finished, and I noticed that she was been monitored by the manager I assume which is the young black man with at the register, so the young black guy with long dreads had said to me was that's all I can get is what I got because he don't want to have to make anything because they are about to close at 10 pm and I have enough or I would be charged extra as he stood by the cash register. Then I notice that the meat that had no lid or anything to keep the meat fresh was very old looking and dry and a different color tent to the meat, and it just didn't seem like it was freshly cooked at all I noticed! And then he told the girl to clock out and took over the bowls because I was just confused the food and this whole atmosphere in the kitchen area.., then the started speaking over the food with no lids, and the food in the bowls that I would have purchased was just very unprofessional tge whole entire time saying I will be charged additionally for more spaghetti when he just could have just put more into the bowl. I explained that the meat was old and he said that he wasn't making more of that either so I ask if he was giving a discount or something, and he said I can charge you for a student bowl, but it seems like I would have probably walked out paying the regular amount by the time I was finished from his demeanor and his attitude...! he also was starting to cut me off and rushing me to move me out the line and adding the wrong ingredients inside the bowl saying someone was behind me. So I kindly just said no thanks to the whole issue and eneded leaving with my 2 children somewhere else, and he also explained that corporate doesn't care or do anything about complaints when I was speaking about the additional charges of spaghetti. This place should not be allowed to sell bad food and make up ounces and about how much you get and then charge extra at this Piada. It is ridiculous! And The advertisement is not real as it shows and the services sucks with waisted time and gas money on a Saturday 🌙 night when people are already suffering to survive nowadays! I hope these Piada understand that the services they provide with the experience and the cost will either come to a lawsuit or bankruptcy or shutting down these locations. The manager rathered have thrown the food away instead of providing fresh food and better services. The meat was so old that I and my kids probably would have had food poisoning which is a major issue!!! And i would have went to court for the matter beens that this restaurant business is providing bad old food and double charging people taking advantage and being money hungry for a bowl of food when it's...

Review edited here to say that I did contact the Piada customer service through the website before I even posted the initial review. They said that feedback was passed on to the store. I followed up twice, and the central person answering emails just kept apologizing and stated that s/he could not refund or give credit for the order. Only the store manager can do that apparently. The lack of responsiveness from the store leads me to believe even further that this location is just a dud. I never had poor experiences at other locations, and since now going to the Norwood store, it's like night and day. They're super friendly, always accurate, and very quick!

Why are the online orders never accurate or complete when I pick them up? This is consistently a problem, and tonight I've had enough. There's never any marinara with the calamari or the piada sticks. Tonight there's zero salad dressing and the salad was not even made correctly. And the calamari is only half full. The meal I picked up isn't exactly going to feed our family, and I'm not going back in the snow. The side of attitude when I ask for items to make sure they're in the bag or when I ask about a problem with the online ordering system is not helpful or...

I ordered online for pick up at 9 PM tonight.

I came in 9:05, there was only one person in there eating my the window. I go over to my bag, it looked like something inside spilled so I asked cashier if I could get another bag. I didnt get her name but she wasnt very friendly for one, two she aggressively grabbed everything from the first bag and basically threw everything into the next bag. Felt like I inconvenienced her by being there and asking for a bag so my food didnt drop out. Or she could've been mad at me for asking her to do her job? She was a gem.

My pasta was way too over done, and the sausage tasted like freezer burnt patties. Definitely not fresh. I took two bites of it and threw it away.

My husband ordered a salad, exchanged the dressing for another and they still gave us the same dressing. He ate it his since he was so hungry.

I love Piada and moving down here in Cincy I was glad there was one near me but this is not the same service or food I loved. Glad we paid $25 for this experience probably won't come back to this...

Drove from Anderson to get a BLT and noticeably the 4 staff member were all annoyed it seemed! She made the customer in front of me first and then went to the register and completed his order and came to me with the same gloves on and made my burrito 🤦‍♂️💆‍♂️. I told her a few ingredients I wanted to add and she rushed it like there was a line behind me(1couple) that walked in at the end of my order. I get home and found this in my burrito! Cmon Piada I expect better for $17. I run a business and even if I’m having a bad day, customer service comes first! Do better staff members!!

I am quite upset with the Hyde Park, Cincinnati Piada location. I ordered a Parmesan stick, only to get home and bite into it and realized it was a pepperoni stick. I am PESCATARIAN and expect what I order to be correct. I know that it’s human to make a mistake but this could be a costly one for me. When I called the store I was offered a refund. I used a reward and drove out of my way to pick up my food. Only to get home and realize it’s wrong. A refund isn’t enough in this situation and the female manager didn’t appear sympathetic at all.
