I have tried many boba tea places in Cincinnati, and this is by far the most authentic and delicious we have! The original boba recipe, Ceylon tea with tapioca pearls and dairy, is absolute perfection. The tea flavor is dark and smoky as it would be served in the finest tea rooms around the world. The tapioca pearl texture was just as firm and chewy as it should be. As well as the classics, they have all the different combinations of flavors and textures that have developed from the original, so you can mix and match to your heart's content. My friend had the matcha boba tea and said it was perfect matcha; he also had the rolled ice cream, which is a work of art and the most fresh ice cream you could have with no additives, frozen and mixed from liquid right in front of you. Fascinating. It's sparkling clean and has wonderful, cheerful, patient service. They'll teach you about boba tea if this is new to you. Oh, and it's truly wonderful that you get a 5% discount for bringing your cleaned container back to be reused!! I was feeling so guilty about how much plastic you use in one serving of restaurant boba tea that I started making my own boba tea at home. It's pretty good, and way cheaper, but Milk Jar's is so much better and worth every penny. I love this place!

The drinks here are fabulous and they use real fruit! I absolutely love their flavors and toppings. Their prices are also reasonable, especially for the quality!

Staff is super nice and they take pride their work. This location is quite far from where I usually am, but it's worth the trip. I adore the decorations inside and the little details of the cafe.

I usually get a milk tea with pudding topping, but you can mix and customize your own drink! There are many choices and options to choose from! They also have rolled ice cream, with various toppings or you can pick a premade item.

There's plenty of parking in the plaza lot and plenty of tables inside and out, to enjoy your order. It's nice to order something refreshing and to sit outside to enjoy.

I walked into this place on February 8th, 2024, at 7:45 p.m. after wanting to try this place for a long time. I’m new to the whole rolled ice cream thing, and let’s just say this is probably the worst place you could go for it. I asked a simple question about the process and flavors, and the lady working looked at me like I was a complete dumba$$, raising her eyebrows with a nasty look on her face. The service was absolutely terrible, along with her attitude. With an attitude like that, it makes sense why you’re working at a bubble tea or ice cream parlor because you don’t have the skills or personality to work anywhere else.
