Ordered takeout and didn’t get what was asked for. Tried to order regular chicken chimichangas and then got el torro chimichangas. When returning with food to get what we were originally trying to order we were told that they don’t have regular chimichangas on their menu. We then showed a picture of what we were trying to order from their DoorDash menu and still we were met with the same answer…..really confusing and frustrating. Also we got charged for an entree ($15) while just trying to order a side of rice with mushrooms for our young son. Overall very disappointed with this experience and most likely won’t return or recommend.

I’d like to clarify that I did not order El Torro Chimichangas, and after reviewing your online menu, I noticed that this entrée doesn’t appear to be listed at all. I find it concerning to be told that I ordered an item that isn’t on your public-facing menu. While I understand there may have been a misunderstanding, I believe it’s poor business practice to place blame on a paying customer in this way. Also, I’m not concerned about how the sides were separated—my concern is being charged for a full entrée I didn’t request. I believe the focus should be on resolving the issue rather than placing blame on the customer. As a paying guest, I expect a constructive approach to address concerns, not assumptions about what was ordered—especially when the item in question isn’t even listed on the...
Read moreserver didn’t think i was going to pay so she send the managers out to “watch”. after i paid i watched her go to the managers to let them know the transaction was completed! food was mediocre, i won’t return & i probably shouldn’t have tipped due to my experience.. after dropping the meals off she didn’t come back & see how everything was… another sever saw me and my little one practically waiting for her return & went to get our waitress.. which shows she could care less… upon departure i let the managers know we didn’t like the food.. the queso was too spicy for my little one, the chicken is nasty, on both entrees.. mushy rice that came with the taco.. i didn’t request for anything to be taken off, i told them i wanted to inform them of my experience.. they asked what we ordered (taco salad & kids taco, both with chicken), and didn’t offer any apologies but simply said nothing. seems like they could care less.. i was a waitress for a while so i pay attention to everything & know when i am being discriminated against … by another minority or not.. when i couldn’t decide on what to order, the waitress didn’t offer any recommendations..this is probably one of the worst dining experiences i’ve had… lack of attention & discrimination won’t get businesses far which is probably why they weren’t busy at 6pm on a Tuesday. it didn’t have anything to do with my taste buds bc i love mexican food. maybe the food prep...
Read moreIm giving this place a one star because i drove 23mins to this restaurant, ordered 3 chicken tacos, food came pretty fast but then i drove another 23mins back to my hotel only to open my food and find what i believe might be beef tacos. It tasted more like ground turkey, so i dont know if it was Turkey or beef. I was so pissed. I had been craving chicken tacos for the past 3 days and then this happens. I blame this on the guy at the front desk who took my order. He was on the phone talking the entire time. From when he gave me a menu to taking my order and putting it in, he was on the phone talking to a girl; not even a customer calling in an order. Before he put my order in, he looked back to me and said beef or chicken tacos? After i had already told him a minute ago i wanted chicken. And again i said chicken but yet still didnt get chicken. Im pissed because i drove 23mins one way for some chicken tacos, wasted my gas to get some other tacos and now they are closed so i cant even drive back to change it. The taco i got tasted good though but it wasnt chicken. Lesson learned, always...
