PNC Bank — Local services in Cincinnati

The Hyde Park location provided extremely poor service regarding a $3000 false charge to my account. It took 3 days for for a dispute to even be filed. When you call they have no idea what's happening with the dispute they supposedly filed - there is nothing on my account showing they've done anything. My account is set up in a way that this should NOT have happened in the first place, no answers from the bank as to how it could have happened. Overall they have no answers, and have a very lackadaisical approach to fixing what is a major issue. If I wasn't following up each day I am sure nothing would have been done. I had a negative experience with a dismissive staff member, while I was trying to be polite, that quickly devolved when they consistently said that my previous interactions with other branches or the call center were untrue. I don’t need an employee of a company questioning my previous experiences, it’s condescending and will be met in turn with condescension. Pretty disappointed with my latest trip here. Long line outside and in, which isn’t a big deal. I understand places get busy. But there were only two tellers available to help everyone. When a third teller went behind the counter, instead of helping customers she CLOSED one of the windows, leaving only one teller window for those inside and one for the cars outside.
