I ordered blueprints online before 12pm, according to the website my prints would be done by 5:30p as a same day guarantee there was even an option to pay an extra 8$ to have the prints done sooner. When I got to the staples at 5:30p, The associate was very dismissive. She told me she hadn’t even started my prints yet. When I asked for a manager she asked me if i was willing to wait 15 minutes for the prints. I ended up waiting 45 minutes. When I asked her the status of my prints she was obliviously looking at the printer and said she didn’t know when they would be done and she had no way of telling. I was very upset because I patiently waited for 45 minutes after being told they would only take 15 minutes and then i was being dismissed by her nonchalant attitude. She then asked me if i wanted to cancel the prints and I told her yes, I asked for a receipt and she said the refund would be done online. After arriving home I saw that my order was marked as completed and pickup. She lied. I then went back the next day, to avoid confrontation, I asked my boyfriend to pick up the prints. She told him she didn’t have the prints and to call cooperate for the refund. I then went inside myself and asked to speak with a manager. I informed the manager that she lied and said the prints were completed and picked up after telling me she refunded my order. I then asked for a receipt confirming the refund or my prints. The manager then came back with my prints in less than 5 minutes. So the printing associate lied about my refund and lied to my boyfriend about not having my prints. I decided to try some document printing here as I had previously tried Walgreens & they ended up being messed up & missing sheets (I did get a refund which I’m super grateful for) but the price for Walgreens versus staples was a drastic difference so I’m glad I decided to check staples out & their document printing was more to my liking, the paper wasn’t too thick! Walgreens paper was super thick even tho I had chose the the basic white paper option it felt more like card stock & what I needed these for I needed basic white paper. So the thicker paper would have made it harder to mail as well, plus more postage. I did my first order with staples about 4-5 days ago, & have already made 2 more orders for document printing. They Will definitely be my go to until I invest in a printer I guess lol. The young lady working in the printing area is very friendly, & does an amazing job! & always checks to make sure my order is exactly what it was supposed to be & that all pages look fine.
