Worst service and customer etiquette I have ever encountered * ** if you had problem with your food like I did and it was so salty please return it from the first bite because they will Count your bites

  • they will hint that you ate the meal and want your money back instead of acknowledging the problem in their food and address it**
  • they will tell you its not their problem
  • many mexican food options in the area that would not trash their customers as they did Just SHAME ON YOU! I have never encountered such a bad experience! I ordered birrias tacos and steak tacos The birrias tacos were sooo salty even for me knowing that I usually prefer food on the salty side I went through 1 of the birria tacos hardly because I usually dont like to return food unless terrible but it was so salty I could taste nothing aside from salt So I went back to the counter in good faith and told them it was too salty And the chef/owner response? She told me I already ate one of the tacos and she can not return my money although I never mentioned returning my money, she was like Im sorry but we can do nothing you already ate from it!!! I was baffled by her response, I was expecting more like what can I get you instead of it and apologize about the food taste! I told her I dont want my money, and then an employee stepped in and started saying what do you want and its not their problem!!!! Its not their problem That they served me terribly salty tacos for 24$! And after I replied it was their problem He was like tell me what you want or leave my establishment!!! Absolutely worst restaurant service ever from restaurants I visited all over NY, europe, and middle east!!! And to be acused that I ate the meal and now I want my money back!!! The audacity and rudeness!!
  • after so many back and forth i told them they should offer me something else, they asked me to choose between chicken and steak taco*

many mexican restaurants options in the area that for sure would not trash their customers There are multiple mexican restaurants options in the area and I dont know why the hell I choose this one! I suggest that you choose wisely and benefit from my...

For a place that I thought would be a welcoming Mexican Restaurant. All I gotta say, the looks are very deceiving. I ordered 3 tortas and directly informed the staff to NOT put spicy ingredients on one of my tortas as my sister doesn’t eat spicy foods. I perfectly enjoyed my sandwich and with spice. However, my experience with my order went downhill as my sister was having a hard time eating her sandwich. In addition, prior to taking my order, I asked which sandwich had no spice ingredients. One of the staff pointed out the sandwich for me but only to find out ALL of my tortas had spicy ingredients. Personally, I felt like I was cheated and deceived from my experience at Dulce Cielo MX. Not to mention how supposedly from a word of mouth that “I don’t know how the food is made” is clearly showing that the staff need to be properly trained for taking orders from customers. —TL;DR — Good food, staff f*€led up my order cause I asked for no spicy on one of my sandwiches and made it seem like I don’t know what I...

I just went by the food hall at Beacon to give their offerings a try. The tacos at DC MX seemed interesting so I went by the stall (there was no one around to order so I had the stall all to myself). The lady there simply ignored me and after waiting for her to stop texting and speak to me for nearly five minutes she finally acknowledged my existence and said "sorry I don't pay attention to you but i'm busy". She then proceeded to answer texts on her phone. I asked about one of the offerings and after a minute waiting on her answer she simply said theres a difference between chicken and pork tacos. She continued her routine - including cooking an online order of tacos - and I simply stood there flabbergasted. I do not recommend you give your business to this place where clearly they do not care about customers or apparently, selling...

This review is based on the tacos. I’m from California and I’ve eaten a lot of tacos, definitely thousands. Today I tried chicken and chorizo. They weren’t bad, but also not amazing. The meat wasn’t the most flavorful and the cilantro on top had a lot of stems, the limes they gave on the side were also pretty dry. I tried both salsas and they were good but the green was my favorite. Taco options in this area are pretty limited so this is probably the best you’ll find in Beacon but at this price I don’t think I’d come back (unless I wanted to try something else). If you’re willing to spend $15 or more on tacos I’d recommend Hudson taco. If you want something cheaper and better tasting I’d recommend Azteca Grocery.

Dulce Cielo in Beacon, NY is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The pastries and desserts are simply divine—everything is freshly made and bursting with flavor. Their coffee is top-notch, perfectly brewed and pairs beautifully with any of their sweet treats. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure you have a great experience. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to relax, Dulce Cielo never disappoints. Highly recommend!

It's memorial day, so perhaps we came in during the worst time so we had to wait 40 minutes in line before we got to order and another 15 minutes waiting for food And maybe we also didn't order the right thing. We got chicken rice bowl. For $24 ($20 for the plain no protien bowl and extra $4 for chicken), plus 3% credit card surcharge which we weren't informed before, it was such a big waste of both time and money for a very mediocre meal. The bowl was also supposed to come with avocado but we didn't get any
