This bar is very LGBT friendly, as the LGBT crowd comes in for a drink on Tuesdays, and on Friday night the Drag Queens come to put on a performance. The first Tuesday of the month is Maria Keroke night, so you best bring your best voice, and belt out a song! The Roosevelt is located at the back of Hudson Food Hall which is at 228 Main Street Beacon, NY. The entrance on Main Street is Handicapped Accessible, as are the two bathrooms.

We had such a great time here. We ended up talking with the bar tender who used to be the mayor of Beacon. It was so nice to chat and have great drinks with him. Thursday “Oysters with Dad” was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner when I was there and he's a very nice man who knows his cocktails inside and out! The drinks are absolutely unmatched! The atmosphere is calming but lively and prefect for a date night or just something casual. The staff is friendly. The bar is very clean and organized. The bathrooms are gender neutral and always clean. This has become me and my hubby's favorite bar in beacon....

I’m not sure it’s proper to review a place my boyfriend owns but I have to say this place is great. Amazing cocktails, excellent staff, and the best looking owner in Beacon!

in all seriousness I love this place. great meeting point for tourists, locals, and us industry peeps.
