Lets start with the bad: the pizza we had ordered was a little burned on some edges, as were the meatballs (just on the tippy top). By we, I mean me and my friend who happened to be pregnant. While looking at the Pizza crust, I remarked that one part of the pizza edges, kind of looked like an Orca, to which my friend said "what do you mean? Like the whale?" to which I said "yeah. . .the whale, but its actually a big dolphin. " I then proceeded to share all of my newly acquired knowledge on Orcas. They are magnificent super intelligent animals, who shouldn't be locked up in a small pools for people's entertainment, is all I'm saying. In the meanwhile, what I wasn't realizing was that my very pregnant hormonal friend was taking my new found interest to heart and was thinking subconsciously I brought this up . . . why ??? because she was now was "a bit stocky?" So as you can imagine things got akward and emotional real fast. Being that I am Kind-A emotionally stunted. . .I just couldn't deal. . . I didn't know what to do. So as fast as an Orca can catch a seal, I changed the topic and we began consuming the Marinara Pizza and the Capricciosa. Both were very good . . .I particularly like the thin crust. The meatballs were also super soft, and the accompanying sauce was delicious. It was a roller coaster of emotions, but luckily those meatballs leveled everything out. Will definitively be...

We were looking for a pizza place after leaving Manhattan and moving to the Hudson Valley. We stumbled upon Enoteca Ama, where the warm and welcoming atmosphere truly delighted us. Monica, the host, was friendly and added to the overall positive experience.

Enoteca Ama serves wood-fired pizzas that transport your taste buds straight to Italy. We mentioned to Monica that this pizza reminded us of Europe…. The crust is thin and crispy, just as it should be, and the ingredients are of the highest quality, resulting in flavor-packed slices. In our opinion, it's the best pizza hands down (in our opinion). We will be back.

Well, we did go back…. On June 2nd.

We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for a second visit. This time, Monica—who had been so nice to us previously was at another location. But she made sure Latoya, the person handling our reservation, took good care of us. It's moments like these that exemplify community and exceptional customer service. And Latoya didn't disappoint! She was great, personable, and friendly.

As always, the pizza at Enoteca Ama was outstanding. We both had exactly the same pizza—our favorite—but we've promised ourselves that one of these days, we'll venture beyond our usual order and try something else from the menu. Thank you for another...

Fabulous pizza place! Each bite of pizza was a burst of warmth and flavor. Pizzas were deliciously thin, with crispy crust and flavorful toppings. We got the meatballs and Cesaré (caesar) salad as appetizers and the Coppa Piccante and Tartufata pizzas as well as tiramisu for dessert. The meatballs were absolutely delicious and the bread it came with was crispy and fresh with a dash of olive oil. The Caesar salad was fresh with crispy croutons and great dressing. My favorite pizza was the Coppa Piccante—my recommendation for those who are skeptical of pizza! It had great flavor and had a nice blend of meaty and herby flavors. The Tartufata was alright, and great if you like truffles. Our dessert, the tiramisu, was also yummy and quite sweet. We did wait quite a while (30 mins) for our pizza tho, as it almost seemed that the waiters forgot about us. Cute and cozy place with fresh food and a great ambiance—...

Service was amazing, pizza tastes amazing and the menu had many options. A little disappointed in the fact that, I believe, water isn't free... I didn't ask for a glass and I wasn't offered it. On the menu it has two options for water both come in a liter. Sparkling and Non-Sparkling but I could just be assuming and maybe these were fancy Waters. We were told that the pizzas were more of a personal size and roughly at $15 each we thought maybe that was a bit pricey but not too crazy. Our pizzas were comparable to the sizes of places like Roberta's and Ops, both located in Brooklyn. Those two places are roughly $24 a pie and not much larger than this place if not the same size. Also, this pizza was definitely just as enjoyable as those.
