Extremely rude service attitude of both waitresses!!
Possibly Asian discrimination!
There was super hot outside, and when we seat down, they didn't provide us any water. ALL other tables have that 5L glass of water + cups. After I asked them for water, they only provided us a big 5L glass of water without any cups. I have a bottle so I can use that bottle for drinking, but there are still two other family members need cups!
During the order process, when my mother wanted to order a crepe from the special menu, the waitress keep saying â No!â âNo!ââNo!â instead of saying things like âThis one is sold out.â or â We donât have this todayâ. Keep saying âNo!â with that awful attitude and without any explainations was rude.
During the meal, I stood up to go to the restroom on the left side, the waitress yelled behind me saying âYou shouldnât take water by yourself!! I will take for you!!â However, I even didnât walk to the refrigerator of water on the right side, my destination was the restroom on the left side. And she never apologizes for this rude behavior.

Read moreI had a very interesting experience here at Royal Crepes. The staff didnât seem very knowledgeable about the menu and its offerings, based on the two interactions I had with them.
1.) I was curious what the staffâs recommendation was - a grilled veggie + feta crepe versus the salmon. The cashier told me that he didnât know how the veggie one tasted because he âdoes not eat vegetablesâ. I was astonished at that answer because vegetables are so delicious. Besides that, they couldnât provide much detail about the salmon besides that it was âcookedâ. Not very helpful.
2.) My sister-in-law has a gluten allergy and we thought RC would be a good option because they offered a âgluten-freeâ crepe. We asked what other ingredients were in the GF crepe and the cashier went to the back to check the bag. Strangely, he told us it was made from âwhole wheatâ and a âbunch of other stuff.â
The lack of knowledge and apathy was too disappointing for us to eat here and ultimately went to Ziatun and had a...
Read moreConsidering this was during the time of a global pandemic we were simply glad to have a business open. AND it was Memorial Day. The owner was there and the other customers were polite and we all did our social distancing without problem. The crepes themselves were amazing!!! Many different options to add or subtract from your order. You can see them being prepared which is nice when people are concerned about how their food is made. We didnât take advantage of the coffee but it smelled great. There was also a cool selection of what looked like foreign brands of snack cookies and confections. If in Beacon and you want to have a great breakfast you can get one there also. Yeah take it with you and you can give it a try as well. And of course their sweet crepes are wonderful as well. Skip the donut shop get a crepe trust me! I like when a business owner shows interest in there customers as well as their...
