Pizza is decent, but overpriced, and if you want to order online be prepared to pay 14% more (before tax) and you can't use their "coupons" (which they do require you to print out and bring in. No code or, you know, just lowering the price of the pizza $2 for everybody).
Wings are usually solid. But today's experience is what prompted the review. Instead of tossing the dozen wings with the Mild sauce they apparently just filled the flimsy plastic container and then dropped in the wings, all before placing the container in the flimsiest plastic bag you've ever seen. The result? Looked all tidy when it was handed to me. Didn't realize the wing container was overflowing the sauce out into the bag which then proceeded to leak THROUGH the bag to run down into the pizza box on which it sat AND off the pizza box, all over the passenger car seat on which I had set the pizza box with the bag of wings on top.
Got home to find my car's passenger seat thoroughly soaked in wing sauce, and to find that the wings themselves (aside from the ones on the very bottom of the container) were bone dry since they hadn't been tossed in the first place.
Called to complain about the state of the wings and the packaging and was told "not our fault" since I'd accepted the food and left with it. Not a "sorry to hear that" or anything. Just a "not our fault."
Fair enough, I guess. I mean, sure, they didn't toss the wings, they just dumped sauce into a flimsy container, then dumped the wings on top, because I guess actually and properly prepping the food I paid for isn't included. And it's true that THEY didn't manufacture the terrible plastic bags or flimsy containers they package their food in... They just CHOOSE to USE those sub-standard materials. Which is a shame, because for as much as they're charging for their food, you'd think they could afford a slightly higher quality of packaging so that when you get their food home you can actually enjoy it.
But hey, they suckered me out of $66+ for a large and medium pizza and 2 dozen wings. And I guess I got a unique car seat stain and an eye-watering car odorant as a "free" bonus... But the thing is, there are SO many pizza options in Canandaigua it is kind of surprising a business would cut so many corners, charge so much, and be so flippant with their customer feedback.
So, buyer beware. You definitely DO NOT get what you...

Read moreNice space, great location near the lake beach and boats, attractions. Like the old fashioned seating and video games. It's fine pizza. Not amazing, but it gets the job done. No refills on sodas, which feels silly in 2018 at a pizza place. Just charge us more and offer free refills. Get rid of the kiddie cup for .99 and up the regular cup to 2.50 at least with free refills. My party of 4 vegetarians ordered all vegetarian but got a ham or pepperoni dish with some beef tomato sauce and unknowingly ate a few bites before approaching the manager. The owner (I think) was defensive and adamant that their staff is trained to always repeat orders to avoid mess ups. Well, no one repeated anything to me and clearly 4 vegetarians aren't going to order a meaty meal. Was a little taken aback at the blame-y management response and sincerely hope the young worker who took the order didn't get in trouble. Think better of your customers and acknowledge that sometimes people, even your well-trained staff, make mistakes. The manager in the end refunded the dish but did a good amount of inappropriate customer blaming before getting there. Still, if you're at the beach and need a quick dinner it'll get the job done. If I could give it a 2.5 that's what...
