Burger King — Restaurant in City of Corning

I have always received friendly, courteous service at this Burger King. The food has always been good, even when I have ordered a few minutes before closing. One might think that at that hour they would just throw something in a bag and hand it to you but that is not the case. The food is good no matter what hour. Which to me, is very impressive.

Addendum: 1-18-2025. Today I was headed for the drive-thru when I noticed a poster saying that you could get two items as pictured for $5 or three items for $7. One of the items was The original chicken sandwich. So I went through the drive-thru and when I paid I noticed on the receipt I had been charged $11.98 for two original chicken sandwiches. She said I had failed to ask for the deal. I said I did not know I had to specifically ask for the deal as it is part of a poster but I did order the two items that would have qualified. Her response was 'Well. Now you know for next time." This is what we call crappy customer service. She could have honored the deal. Implying that I 'will know for next time' means basically screw 'you this time' because you thought Burger King would just automatically honor their promotion. It's not worth having promotional offers if it just creates opportunities for bad PR,...

Well, you can definitely 'get it your way' when you order. Stopped at their McCompetion a few weeks ago and got a triple cheeseburger. I wanted extra pickles, but they wanted to charge me more!!! So by the time I get done with extras, taxes and original cost, it pushed about $3.50 for the one sandwich!!! Ordered the same at BK. Took them a bit to figure out to simply add another party twice, but with extra pickles, it only came to $3.01!!! Score and now I've a new go to missed lunch bite to eat!!!...

Pretty clean but the posted (digital) menu was not updated or complete. The staff was impatient and rude. No ice in the customer drink machine and you would have thought I asked for a living sacrifice when requesting a cup of ice from behind the counter. There was zero carbonation in any of the drinks, sandwich appears as if it was assembled from across the room. Dirty greasy (non customer) teens loitering in the "lounge" chairs. Is there no management??...
