Alicia's Bakery — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

I really tried to like this place, but every single time I go there they mess up my order. EVERY TIME, I am not exaggerating, but today just upset me beyond anything. It’s Thanksgiving, I understand a place is busy during this time, I have worked in a bakery for years before, and I have worked on Thanksgiving Day. I understand completely how busy it can get. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, a bagel with cream cheese and bacon, and an avena. I also ordered a tres leches cake. I saw the guy writing the order down on his notepad, I saw him write in bagel with cream cheese. I waited more than twenty minutes, about half an hour for the food. When he hands me the food the bagel is missing. He has the nerve to tell me he didn’t charge me for it. I am astounded. He doesn’t even apologize. Placed an order a week in advance for a baby shower cake to be done at 12pm. The cake was HORRIBLE. It was a DISASTER and such a waste of money. I do not recommend this place at all. The cake was done 1hr 30min late. The fondant was stained with brown spots and it was a pink fondant. The cake was oh so very wobbly and fell as soon as I left. I can not even explain how I felt when they said it's not our fault that it was done late and on top of that they messed up the decoration. Paid $230 for a cake worth 30 bucks.
