Something like 11 stars would be more fitting. End of a long day, in no mood to cook. I was in the neighborhood, stopped in to see what as readily available. First question: Are you allergic to anything? (seriously, who takes the time to ask that??? They did, that's 5 stars on its own). I was sent home with 2 containers jam-packed with fresh and delicious food. An end-of-day assortment from the steam table, it was beautifully, thoughtfully packed with a big stem of crisp, steamed broccoli dividing the meat and rice. It was also pointed out to carry it carefully, as the lids weren't fitting so tightly, because the trays were so full. Again, seriously, who does that these days? Went into this shop for some meat and canned goods. Bought some hot and sweet sausage. Should have checked the date on each, but I trusted that if it was on the shelf it would still be good. Opened the hot sausage, and experienced a very foul smell. The sausage was labeled to be good until March 17, although it had been packaged on March 10, was purchased on March 15.
