Caesar's Grocery Deli — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

came in for a chopped cheese on a roll. there was only 1 customer in front of me.

20 minutes later and 6 sandwhiches later im still waiting for mine.

then i asked him if i can pay now he told me no.

then i asked him how much longer he tell me 2 minutes...

after 5 more minutes passed by i told him i have to go.

he then tells me i shuold have called and i responded "for one sandwhich?"

and he continues to tell me it dont matter....

so since he did not let me pay in advance and made me wait 35 min for a damn sandwhich once it was done i walked out....

very rude. no sense of urgency. this is how you treat customers that come in and buy from them?

went to dunkin donuts rihgt after and got my sandwhich whithin 5 minutes

ima just tell all my dealership co workers and friends to avoid that store.... we will buy our breakfest sandwhiches at another deli

im dominican as well y asi tu no hace...

it is 12:30 and the store is still close and no one is answering the phone. there is one guy inside and refuse to open the door even tho it’s already time to open…. this is unacceptable.

this new ownership need to get his staff together cuz this is unprofessional.
