Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

Went in about a month ago and the cashier was wearing rubber glives whiles cleaning bottm of coffee urns and grills, rings up my order and takes the cash. He then with the same contaminated rubber gloves makes my hot sandwich. I then informed him you need to make another sandwich with clean hands and gloves. His reply was I used the other hand to clean not one I used to make sandwich. Ended up not eating sandwich and next visit today, the same gentleman was there and refised to come over to register and take order. I waved hello to him and he waved back. He knew I was there with a guest, then I waited again and eventually walked out waving to him stating THANK YOU and walked out. This gentleman than ran after me to the outside of store with angry look on face again but better for me to just walk away than let him get out raged on another customer. This employee is known to get angry often with older neighborhood customers. Believe he is the shift leader/manager Indian or middle eastern. Beware of this improper health conditions employee. I go to this dunkin nightly... not no more.. tonight I went for my usual ice caramel latte, and got serve incompetence at its best. .. had to repeat my order to Mr.Zuwairul three times , after asking him from the beginning politely for my latte. Than he came and asked me ,if I wanted sugar in my coffe? 🤦‍♀️ When he finally got to making the drink. After seeing that he obviously had a listening problem as well as NO idea how to make the caramel ice latte I changed my mind and wanted my money back... guess what !!! He didn’t know how to do that either 🤯 long story short F U Mr.Zuwairul for not doing your job correctly and being so disrespectful and for me now being thirsty and wanting my F latte!!!! Terrible. Rude. I ordered a decaf and when the cashier reminded the person making the drink she said ‘it’s okay’ he repeated himself and told her to remake it she said ‘no it’s okay’ so I moved closer so I can see them making my drink and he was literally giving her a new cup. When he told her again to ‘just remake it’ she dumped some out and added decaf. I literally had to ask them to please make sure it’s decaf bc I am pregnant and sure enough she dumped it and remade it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back since that’s the closest location and ofcourse after an hour I realized it was in fact caffeinated. Just lazy and rude service...
