First off it is a pain to drive to this location. The parking lot is really poorly designed and maintained garbage is piled up and food wrappers blow about the lot and pigeons and other vermin pick through the piles of trash . To place your orders inside the restaurant you must use kiosks. However there is no signage and no workers in sight to inform you of the proper way to put an order in so you end up standing there hoping someone comes to the front and notices you. The touchscreens where you place your orders are also disgusting and clearly have not been cleaned for sometime. The bathroom is also locked so you can’t wash your hands before or after your meal. To get the bathroom unlocked you have to call to the ladies in the back and ask them to buzz you in which they do with great reluctance. The restaurant had tables did not appear to wiped down or cleaned. Perhaps the franchisee thinks they can save money by hiring fewer people with these self service kiosks but the complete and utter lack of service as well as the poorly managed and unfriendly dining area has had the opposite effect. The employee places the burrito on top of the snack box with napkins and sauce no bag and looks at me like I'm crazy when I said no way I need my stuff bagged. Talked under his breath. So I did the unthinkable i drove around the entrance got out stormed in asked for a manager and let them get a piece of my mind. Wow you guys really don't care about how you service the customers. Last time I waited for my order inside your same location off main Street in new Rochelle. NY gor about 25mins you fixed my order which required to be closed up. Read moreFood is obviously great. But the service is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. Every single other Taco Bell I’ve been to may take a while to prepare food due to being busy, but this Taco Bell, and this Taco Bell only, takes the same amount of time to prepare food whether they are slammed or not.
Really makes me question the management style and the training that the employees receive. God Bless Them!
I love Taco Bell it is my favorite fast food resturant, although I will still come back repeatedly I just can’t understand why the wait times are so prolonged.
I am a raving Taco Bell fan but this just upsets me.
I write this as I’m sitting in the drive through at the ordering microphone for 2 minutes, no one told me to hold but they are full staffed with no cars ahead of me at the pickup window.
