To owner: I called the 800 number, complained and am STILL waiting for my so called gift card... How many weeks later?! I'm good, I won't EVER go there again. Sense reopening from closure due to the pandemic, it is drive through only. It was busy this evening, so I accepted the long, long wait in line. Unfortunately, sitting in line for 37 minutes before it was my time to order, made the time 8:03pm. LMAO, they close at 8pm now, so I got to the order speaker and automated msg says, "Thank You for choosing Arby's, please come back durring normal business hours. We are currently closed." I was LIVID! Especially because an employee walked the outside perimeter and relayed how many cars were in line, over his headset, before heading back inside, apparently to close! They could have at least taken care of the cars who were sitting and waiting for so VERY Long! My husband was already upset because I was gone so long just to get "fast food", so when I came home empty handed, let's just say it wasn't the best conversation! Read moreThe cashier didn't seem to know much, maybe she was training. The other person working up front had an attitude. The combo meals are NOT the prices posted! I asked for a combo meal and she asked what size fry i wanted, and i replied "whichever comes with the combo meal".... Needless to say she went to registerand came up with 3 different prices, none of which were posted on the board!! The meats seemed way lighter and thinner than normal. The textures were different and it was cold quickly. The cost has gone up as well. I wont be returning to that restaurant. I will try the one on NF BLVD next time, If I choose to try the establishment again anytime in the future. I wouldn't recommend this place. Read moreI never do this but this location has earned it, I visited this establishment 2 weeks ago and watched the manager yell and be little the employees, all the customers just watched and shook our heads. Today, it was the same this woman is the only thing that can be heard. All the employees are silent and tou just hear her not yelling but talking to her self how she don't have time for this amd how the employees are worthless. When I walked in 2 people left the line. So I stayed as I was up next now. She was incredibly rude just taking a order. 20 mins it took to get my order as I am waiting and talking to the others waiting all are amazed about the service time and this woman. The line for orders to be taken is now 6 deep, and they just start walking out one after another. While I was there 5 customers walked out.
