I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Power City Eatery! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service that made me feel genuinely welcomed. The staff here truly go above and beyond to ensure you have a great visit, and it shows in their attentiveness and kindness.

The highlight of my visit was the bagels — they were nothing short of exceptional. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and incredibly fresh. You can tell they put a lot of care into their baking, and it really makes a difference. I also appreciated the variety of toppings and spreads available, allowing for a customizable and satisfying meal.

The atmosphere of the eatery is lively yet cozy, making it a perfect spot for a quick breakfast, brunch, or even a casual meet-up with friends. The interior decor is inviting, and the overall vibe is upbeat without being overwhelming. It’s clear that Power City Eatery is a place where both the quality of food and the customer experience are top priorities.

On 18 Sept 24 my wife and I were choosing a place to eat and we came across Power City on 3rd st in Niagara Falls NY. As we order this happen with the cashier. I pull my wallet out grabbed two 5’s and 20 dollar bill then hand the money to the cashier. As I correct the monies in my wallet she place 20 dollars in register then holding the two 5’s in her hand said to me it’s 23.00 dollars so I said I gave you 30.00 because I did not have any change which I was going to tip with but since I gave her an extra 5 she lied right in my face. I did not want to cause a seen I decided to pay with credit card. But my heart was in the right place not to have a conversation with the manager. As I watch her waiting for my food another group of three guys order. She open the cash register removed the 20.00 closed the register then the guy paid for his food on credit card. Great place for lunch! Stopped by on a weekday before the lunch rush, right when they changed over to serving lunch. Hardly any crowd. Staff greeted us quickly and helped explain the menu a little. There are no waiters, so you order at the counter and then pick up when ready. This is a deli-like restaurant, and they had a large selection of things to choose from. I got a Reuben sandwich. It didn't take very long, less than 10-12 minutes, for our food to be ready. The Reuben was awesome! Meaty, tasty, very well made. What makes or breaks a Reuben is the meat, and their is amazing. It is very tender and perfect, very tasty, and traditional corned beef. Their homemade chips were delightfully good, crispy, not overseasoned, letting the potatoe taste shine.
