I recently visited Punjabi Hut, the only Indian restaurant in Niagara Falls, USA, and had an exceptional dining experience. As an avid fan of Indian cuisine, I was eager to try their offerings, and they did not disappoint.
Ambiance The restaurant exudes a warm and welcoming ambiance with traditional Punjabi decor. The vibrant colors and cultural artifacts create an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel at home. It's a cozy spot, perfect for a family dinner or a casual meal with friends.
Service The service at Punjabi Hut is outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and eager to make your dining experience memorable. They are knowledgeable about the menu and are more than happy to offer recommendations based on your preferences.
Food The highlight of Punjabi Hut is undoubtedly the food. The menu is extensive, featuring a wide range of authentic Punjabi dishes. I started with the Samosas, which were perfectly crisp and flavorful. For the main course, I had the Butter Chicken and Palak Paneer, both of which were rich, creamy, and bursting with authentic spices. The Naan was soft and fresh, a perfect complement to the dishes. The portions are generous, ensuring you get great value for your money.
Taste The taste is spot-on, capturing the essence of traditional Punjabi cooking. Each dish is meticulously prepared with a perfect balance of spices, making every bite a delight. The flavors are robust yet comforting, a testament to the chef's expertise.
Value Considering the quality and quantity of the food, the prices at Punjabi Hut are very reasonable. It's a great place to enjoy a hearty meal without breaking the bank.
Overall Punjabi Hut is a gem in Niagara Falls, offering an authentic taste of Punjab in the heart of the city. Whether you're a local or a tourist, it's a must-visit for anyone craving delicious Indian cuisine. The combination of excellent food, warm ambiance, and top-notch service makes it a standout restaurant. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Niagara...
Read moreI wish i could give 0. So we went there on saturday 17 august. We parked our car in parking it was showing $20. One guy was sitting in parking lot,he said if you eat in restaurant its free parking otherwise we charge $20, we said no problem we are planning to have dinner so will eat in this restaurant. But when we enter there it was pretty messy, not clean at all. So we decided not to eat there and thought will just park car there and pay $20, we went towards niagara falls when we cameback guy from parking came towards us and said you lied you didn’t eat in restaurant so now you have to pay $40 otherwise he will call police. He put a boot on our car,so that we can’t move the car.I was shocked so i told him i want to talk to the owner of the restaurant i went inside, owner was not there but someone came from back and said no mam $20 is when you pay first and go. Was just talking to him and parking guy came inside and said ok you guys can leave but don’t come to this restaurant again. We thought anyway we won’t eat on a nasty place like this we decided to leave but when we were in parking, parking guy started threatening us don’t come to this place again and don’t come near to this area, he started shouting and clicking photos of our cars number plate and made video of us. If this restaurant have employees like this, I won’t recommend...
Read moreWe went there for lunch. Food was just average but the people serving there were so rude. We got plastic plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups while the other tables got good plates, cutlery and other stuff. The plastic spoons were tossed to us on to the tables which I felt was so rude. They didnot even greet us while we were leaving while they did greet other people. That made us feel so unwelcome and felt sad for the biased treatment. We parked our car in their parking lot as we were going in for lunch. They gave a $20 parking ticket and placed a wheel lock kind of thing on our front wheel. We were so surprised when we got back to our car. Person said that the ticket and the wheel lock was because our car was there for a while. Which was not true at all. He soon realized that we dined there and parked our car in their lot and then removed the wheel lock. I can understand it’s an honest mistake as it is in a tourist spot and people tend to illegally park there in their lot. But atleast a sorry from their side or just a smile or explanation on why they had to do it could have made a difference . They just gave a lame excuse but atleast they didnot charge the $20 fee. We will not be going back there and also won’t recommend it to our...
