The only reason it’s not 5 stars, is because: It is utter B. S. that the barista’s at this location are ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED FROM ACCEPTING TIPS. Ridiculous. So what if the Baristas here make a little more because they technically work for Target. If the customer feels like they received exceptional customer service and they deserve a tip, they should be allowed to do so. How about just not leaving out a tip cup? That way if the customer wants to tip they can, but it’s not expected. It has a reverse effect & makes your customers feel like idiots when they try to leave a tip and get denied. Ridiculous. Read moreOct 13 at approx 12:00noon. Waited in line for about 15 minutes or more. Once at the counter, another employee shows up, and I politely said great two employees now. Up to that point, there was just one guy working hard all by himself. Once I said that comment, she looked dead pan at me and said nothing. Not at all friendly or aware that so many people were waiting so long in line. While writing this comment, there are three employees now at the counter. Fyi Starbucks should never allow just one employee by themselves.

Read moreWhat an amazing experience I had especially with that young lady “ellie.” She handled my order with extreme urgency today and it was so good that when i finished my long shift at work today I had to go back and review her to ensure that no one believes what icki v!cki says or that absolutely absurd daffy mcdonald person had to say. Obviously a fake account with no concern as to what the employees do when they’re being slammed upside down and sideways with orders while they’re also clearly understand and need new management.
