Eden is hands-down one of the coolest new coffee shops in Rochester! Their coffee is on another level—especially the cold brew, which is honestly the best I’ve ever had. On top of that, their desserts are phenomenal—rich, fresh, and crafted with the same attention to detail as their coffee. Pairing a sweet with that cold brew is an experience in itself. The ambience is just as impressive: warm, modern, and welcoming. It feels like the kind of place where you can hang out for hours, whether you’re working, catching up with friends, or just soaking in the vibe. Rochester has a lot of coffee spots, but Eden instantly sets itself apart. If you’re a coffee lover, this is a must visit!

Eden Coffee & Co will undoubtedly flourish as it’s nestled in the heart of downtowns prime location amongst all the hustle and bustle of this upcoming city. The interior is gorgeous with a capital G! The spacious seating that houses a piano, a sofa, a large table for big groups and smaller seating arrangements is praise worthy. The high ceilings houses stunning light fixtures. A very welcoming vibe. The owners are so lovely and extremely helpful and willing to please. We ordered a Meringue, Blueberry Muffin, Sugar Maple Latte and a Iced Crème Brûlée Latte. The service was good and we enjoyed our drinks and treats. Looking forward to seeing how this new business flourishes over time. They also sell fresh flowers. Plenty of off street parking is available.

The fare is on par with a Greyhound station. Cavernous space with loud pop music, but surprisingly I was just about able to hear the person I was with. The chocolate croissant was probably the worst pastry I ever got outside of a corner store Little Debby snack. How can a croissant be gummy? (“And such small portions.”) The service is disorganized. I was told my espresso was ready but I had to remind them that I also paid for the aforementioned croissant. The double espresso was lukewarm and I’m pretty sure that isn’t a double shot (see photo). So many decent coffee shops in that area. I can’t see this one surviving unless it wakes up and takes itself seriously.
