Flour City Station — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I called to cancel my insurance because they insured a car that was not possible to insure. (I know this is what they do for a living but yeah...) After telling my girlfriend she could not insure it, I had to do it on my own. I do so, find out I can't use it and then need to cancel.
