My fiancée and a few coworkers got lunch at Ludwig’s tent during Midtown Eats. They ordered chicken and waffries. After eating the fries, and taking the first bite of chicken, she realized the chicken was not cooked at all. The entire chicken was RAW! When she returned to the tent, the women just put her hand out and asked what she want instead. A refund was all that was wanted. While she got her refund, she watched them continue to serve the chicken and fries!!! They told my fiancée that they ordered the wrong kind of chicken. They assumed it was precooked. Are they not checking the temperature of the meat before serving?!?! They flash fried raw chicken in the same fryer as the french fries they continued to serve. Did they cook the chicken to the right temperature for everyone else that got this? This was one of the most disturbing and disgusting experiences my fiancée and I have ever had with food. Now we just hope she doesn’t get sick from eating...

Literally these are the best pickles I have ever tasted. Give her a call or stop by the Southwedge Farmers market on Gregory Street, Thursdays between 4-7PM or better yet go and visit her at Ludwig's Center Stage Cafe.
