Pourin Joy — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I wasn't going to even write a review because I was hoping the owner would contact me to make the situation better but here we are almost two weeks later with no response. I visited this establishment a few weeks ago ordering only two cocktails from the bar. I paid for the cocktails with my card and I tipped the bartender in cash because I know working in the industry card tips normally get paid out in your paycheck cash tips are always better. I signed my receipt for a certain amount crossing out the tip line. The next morning I get a notification from my bank notifying me that a $5 additional charge has been added to my total. Pretty much meaning that someone added an additional tip without my knowledge. I went back to the bar to try and get some understanding on why this happened and the bartender pushed me off stating the owner would contact me and left my number. A quick and fantastic stop! I was bar hopping in the evening and finished the night here because we were on the hunt for pistachio shots. Weird craving, I know! I was literally at another bar who couldn’t make us what we wanted and called this place. We were around the corner and they said they could make us our shots so we checked it out and were very happy! Quick service, friendly couple of bartenders :) The pistachio shots were so good we stopped them in the middle of checking out to keep the tab open because we wanted another one. We ate outside for their monthly brunch. It felt like 5 different people stopped by our table and everyone was extremely friendly (including and especially the owners). They went above and beyond with service and the food was amazing. We had stuffed French toast and it was the best French toast my wife and I have ever had.
