Come for a casual time - not to celebrate something special.

I got the vip booth to celebrate a birthday, called the day before to see if there was anything special they did for birthdays. Person on the phone said he would let the staff know. That never happened and it went unacknowledged.

VIP booth is $160/hour, that’s fine for the experience. But it quickly becomes not worth it when nobody tells you how it works. Someone showed us the booth and “set us up” to hit practice balls without even teaching us how the computer or telling us how to do a single thing. Between the music and trying to figure out how to work the simulator, we easily wasted 20 minutes ($53).

The bartenders we had were great - really kind and did help us figure some things out along the way.

You’d think for $160 an hour you’d get a 15 minute buffer to get set-up, your profiles figured out, music setup, but nope. Clock starts immediately giving you no time. Incredible Experience for My Husband’s 30th Birthday!

We recently celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday at The Bunker at Saratoga, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From start to finish, everything was perfect.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Erin did an amazing job—our cups were never empty, and she made sure we were always taken care of. We had a blast playing on the golf simulators and darts, which added so much fun to the evening.

The atmosphere was just right, especially with the DJ playing the perfect mix of music that kept the energy up all night. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Troy, who was super cool and added a personal touch to the whole experience.

Even though our time in the VIP room was up, they graciously allowed us to linger a little longer since there were no reservations after us—no extra charge, just incredible hospitality.

Went to see a comedy show tonight, and needed a place for myself and two friends to get dinner. Other places were booked, but The Bunker was able to accommodate us. We were promptly seated, and our servers (not just one, but multiple servers worked tables and were extremely attentive) did a fantastic job. Honestly, the night was made thanks to dinner here, and it was because of food and service.

We ordered The Dip for the table, and it was really good! (Sorry, no pic, I promise, it was great) Very creamy, and not too spicy the table loved it. I had "The Godfather" Panini. Wow. Just...wow.
