Cinnabon — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

I visited Cinnabon at Carousel Center on Saturday April 6. After being told a total of $5.39 for a small iced coffee, I pointed at the price sign above that clearly stated $2.79. The cashier told me it was $4.99. I repeated and pointed again at the price sign. She said she had to ask the manager who was nearby, a young man with thick hair. I told him the same thing I told her. He looked at the cash register and then the sign. I pointed again at the $2.79 price next to the word "small" underneath "iced coffee". It was plain as day. He stared at it. Then told me the company had changed the price, they just haven't changed the board yet. ??? Seriously? First of all, it wouldn't go from $2.79 to $4.99 that quickly. Second, I'm pretty sure he was making excused so they wouldn't have to change the price of my order. I took my money and left, appalled at the audacity of these two employees. It was awful. This place is unprofessional and unsanitary and the staff is rude and incompetent un trained . Several time i see the manager eating cinamin rolls while cooking. Dont use or clean gloves between cash transation an serving food . The manager is an older woman with brown and blonde highlights and glasses she needs to work on her manners if she isnt having a good day everyday then quit and keep your rude attitude at home. I go there often and see the same things even the staff cursing becuase the register went down in front of children . Im not difficult to give service too but everytime i go there is so much drama i want to pay and leave and enjoy my food. This establishment is failing becuase of this...

Absolutely one of my favorite spot. This is a must stop place EVERYTIME we go to the mall. I highly recommend the Carmel pecan cinnamon bun 🤤🤤 the cinnamon buns are so big, they're nice and soft in the middle, and they add carmel and pecan to the top !!! Personally I cant eat the whole thing in one sitting, so I take it home and warm it up the next day 🤗🥰 still just as delicious!!!

My only issue is the staff could be a little more friendly, they interact with each other very friendly but when customers walk in they're serious, no smiles or spark in their greeting. I also dont recommend staying to eat, their tables are usually dirty and not very well kept up 😔 Other wise the foods amazing...
