IT'SUGAR Destiny — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

It's Sugar is a great store to shop at if you're not suffering through diabetes or any other sugar related disease or illness. It's Sugar is exactly what it sounds like... a store that sells nothing but sugar! You will find so many treats to eat here and some candy so good they'll make you wanna smack your momma. The main attraction in the store is the bag your own candy display, where you can scoop out various candies into a bag and pay for it by the weight. It's pretty cheap and will put a pretty smile on your ugly face. They sell more than sweets. You can buy a variety of candy style clothing and pillows as well. The staff here were very friendly and helpful and give good vibes and you can tell they love their jobs. This place is located right next to Dave and Buster's so it's pretty easy to locate. I've seen people load up on sugar then walk into D&B jacked up ready to play the day away. I'd give this store 6 stars if I could just because it's sugar...

I went and got some candy but was a little over the 1/2 pound I wanted. The cashier got a little bit of an attitude and said that I was over a bit. I told her it's ok, and that I'd put some back. She caught an even worse attitude about how I cant mix candies. She was in the right about this but her attitude was not. I would have sucked it up and happily paid for the extra candy if she didnt have the attitude. But now I feel as if they trapped me into buying candy I didnt even want! It was just a few pecies of candy, they could have taken the loss and let me take my desired amount but they didnt. They acted very cheap with me tonight, and I may never be back. Yeah, it's sugar. I'd like to say being in this place made me feel like a kid in a candy shop, but it actually made me feel like a tightwad dad in an overpriced candyshop with a disappointing variety of candies to choose from. In the end, I think I spent over $10 on a lollipop, a jawbreaker and a box of candy cigarettes, which is...not a bargain. The shop really sells penny candy for dollars, and that's...
