Worst/slowest service of any dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Today was not the first bad experience I've had there. I hadn't been in a while (a few months) so I thought maybe their service would be better. They need a few more people on their morning shift so maybe they won't be so effing slow.
Went in this morning to get a few munchkins for my child (thinking it'd be slightly faster than the incredibly slow drive thru, which had a very long line). The customer in front of us was still waiting to be waited on when we joined the line behind him; he went in as we were parking. After a couple minutes of waiting he asked a woman behind the counter if anyone was working the registers. She said she couldn't help him because she was busy. As the line grew longer, by about 4 or 5 more people, some guy came out of the bathroom and got behind the register. What should have only taken, MAYBE 3 min or so, took at least 10. Not to mention the huge puddle of water on for as well. I get it, there were a lot of customers, but come on....at least sop some of it up before you put the wet floor sign down.
I know dunkin donuts....they shouldn't be asking how many cream and sugars you want in a med hot coffee. It's 3 creams and 3 sugars for that. I must have been spoiled coming from the land of ridiculously fast dunkin service (Rhode Island) where you can order a medium hot regular and they have it ready by the time you get to the window.

And staff not great , we spend about of my there a lot and when I accidentally double ordered they made me take $35 Dollars Worth of food home .. not happy , the chubby guy I think is the worse... I take that back since McDonald'sone machine blew up , I was forced to return , the "manager" bigger lady is a joke she is never there past 4 pm , lied about allowed some gentleman getting hit twice with the bag of food, but katlin I believe her name is great shes quick to apologize, and fix the situation.. really amazing. I can't believe they didn't have access to take things off the app is a major problem, order more that sells by noon no apple fritter.. noon! I miss the old Dunkin where the Arabics owned it , they baked them fresh in store the coffee tasted better and you could smell the goodness.. and now with translation on a phone it would be so b easy! Update they finally got some nicer staff katlin with the nosering , I think there's her name is a sweetheart.. positive aditude and quick to acknowledge apologize...
Read moreLong line for drive in, so I went inside ND saw no one waiting to order, but 6 or 7 people standing around waiting for their orders to be ready. After waiting a few minutes with no one taking my order, I went back out and got in the drive thru line. After 15 mins in line, we finally got to the window. I ordered a flavored coffee and a bagel with nothing on it, just in a bag. The coffee was ready, but the bagel was not. They said it would be out shortly. After a few more minutes we asked why it was so long...they just had to pick up a bagel and put it in a bag...they said they had other customers and the orders had to go in the order they were placed. So everyone in line had to wait because they were standing there waiting for a more complicated order to be ready before the could hand us a single bagel? Very bad...
