Stewart's Shops — Restaurant in City of Watervliet

I visit this location everyday some time 4/5 times a day. I am writing in regards to all the employees here (Diana, Traci, Laura, Amanda, Pam & the 3 young men I can't remember their names). I write reviews for people who I find exceptional at there jobs. I have been to the new Stewart's in Watervliet & many other locations. Honestly 2458 2nd Ave Stewart's is like a community store. It's always clean and lines go very fast. For what I have witnessed all the employees here know almost every customers name. They all always greet and say goodbye. I find it amazing how they all know so much about so many customers lives. For example they remember who smokes and when checking someone out they ask if he/she needs anything else like cigarettes & same thing goes for lotto. They are all always busy & multitasking. This is one of my favorite store to go to. I think I can speak for many others saying that. I can't think of a better store to write a review for. Great Team & Great...

Staff always seems to be unconcerned or disconnected. I won’t shop here anymore. Final straw, sugar dispensers look like they haven’t been cleaned in a year. Mention it to staff and they shrugged shoulders and ignored my observation. Not busy at the time. Return next day and dispensers in same...
