Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of White Plains

They always get the order WRONG! Every time I get a simple bacon egg and cheese with a side of hash-browns, sounds easy, right? It comes back wrong. Well, this worker “Maria” can’t seem to get the orders right. Like today I asked for a bacon egg & cheese and got no cheese on it and it was slightly burnt, black around the edges. There’s 2 more incompetent workers and they all DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, if they don’t know what you said, they’ll just add whatever they think you said. One time I asked for a bacon and cheese and I got a bacon and egg with no cheese. And half the time they always forget the hash-browns, it drives me mad, you have ONE simple job. I’m now forced to sit there and open everything up in-front of everyone to make sure it’s correct. CHECK YOUR FOOD...
