I purchased The Nespresso Vurtoline Evolo at Bloomingdales December 2015. I was so happy to get the machine home and try it out for the first time. The first couple of times I loved it and then after about 2-3 more times I had issues. After I brewed a cup of coffee I opened up my machine and the capsul got stuck which ment I had to push it through to eject it. So one day I went into my local Nespresso Boutique and explained to the gentleman who was there, my issue and he said oh that's perfectly normal sir your machine is running perfectly. So I phoned up nespresso and was told that I would have to send my machine in and have it repaired and during such time I will have a loner machine. First of all I'm not happy with that solution. Second of all I'm under warranty with Nespresso. They should at least replace my machine. I did purchase it at Bloomingdales ON December 18th 2015. I'm really not happy with my machine purchase after hearing all the great reviews about it and then having to burn my finger which after the 2nd time I was not happy. When I realized the issue my return policy was up and there was nothing that Bloomingdales & Nespresso could do for me. I have been a nespresso customer since 1-04-2012. Unsatisfied Customer. I wish I could remember the sales associates name because she was extremely helpful. She gave me some samples and I had a cup of coffee while I was there. I ordered the Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and the tray to put my pods in. I was pleasantly surprised, it was delivered my apartment in two days!

I did spend some money here and stayed patient, but I couldnât help but feel like I didnât belong. The only person who greeted me was a young woman with long hairâshe was kind.
