I visited P.F. Change about 2 weeks ago in May 2022 on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was nearly empty and we were able to be seated right away. This P.F. Chang is located at the Westchester Mall. There are two ways to enter the restaurant: from the street or through the mall via stairs or elevator. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice with cultural decorations, there are several tv with sports playing on the channels. The air was on when we visited the location if you’re like me and get cold bring a light jacket. We didn’t have to wait long for our waiter Nicklaus “Nick” to come over and introduce himself. Nick was so pleasant, and friendly. He made food suggestions and answered any questions we had about a dish. He kept checking to see if we were okay, if we needed anything, and made sure our food was good. I must say our food and beverages came out rather quickly. I ordered the sesame chicken with broccoli and white rice. Of course, the white rice was very bland but when mixing it with the chicken it improved. My daughter ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Her rice was also bland. We also had beef friend rice and it must not have been to good because the person usually eats all of their food at a restaurant. For dessert we had the Chang’s Apple Crunch with ice cream. The dessert was really good it’s like thin apple egg rolls, I believe it came with 6. Overall, my experience here was very pleasant. I looking forward to visiting the restaurant again. I’m unsure how accessible the restaurant is via public transportation but I’m sure it goes there. I did see an area designated for Uber/Lyft pick up. I know thee is a Metro North station nearby also. If you’re wondering if you have to pay for parking, you guessed correct, the answer is yes. The best thing is you get to enjoy the Mall...

I went here to eat with my boyfriend as he has never dined at a PF Chang’s before. To say he as well as I were disappointed is an understatement. Firstly, it seems as though the prices have gone up and the portions have gotten significantly smaller or contents changed completely. Our waiter Edgar was very standoffish and seemed very uninterested in serving us. When I told him it was my boyfriend’s first time there, he did not create a welcoming environment and instead immediately asked for our drinks which he forgot the lemon we asked for. Then, when we realised we had no soy sauce in our pot, we asked him for more. Instead of fulfilling our needs, he with NO WORDS and with clear attitude turned the empty soy sauce pot towards us as if we didn’t see it when we told him we knew it was empty and just wanted a new one. Our food came and my boyfriends rice had a short pubic-appearing hair on his rice. He was disgusted. When we brought this to Edgar’s attention, he said he would bring us another one with no apology or compensation whatsoever. The food was decent but has changed significantly in the past year. Unfortunately my boyfriend was unhappy with the food, the prices, and Edgar. And so was I. So with that being said, you can probably skip PF Chang’s if you’re thinking about eating here or at the very...

I have never had such a disappointing experience anywhere! We ordered online for mother's day and our order showed up 4 hrs late. We had placed the order the day before and it was supposed to arrive at 6pm -- the order didn't arrive until 10pm! The door dash driver was very communicative and advised us that apparently this location had taken too many orders and were overwhelmed. He also reported that many people were angrily waiting outside the business and the police came because so many people began to congregate inside and as a result, filed a report. They had three police patrol cars there to try and manage the traffic that had accumulated due to the number of cars there to pick up food. We called incessantly and after connecting we were hung up on. This happened several times. Our order was supposed to be 1 1/2 hrs late, which is ridiculous, but we waited, and waited, and waited for 4 hours. Needless to say, this was the worst mothers day gift I have ever bought and will never be ordering from here again. This was supposed to be a special occasion. It was completely ruined. Not to mention how unfair this is to the door dash and uber eats drivers who also had to be waiting 4 hours to make one delivery. These are desperate times and people need their money. This has been a completely...

Alright here we go... The 2 hostess was very friendly and it felt like I was going to have a wonderful time being greeted by them. But then we got seated in a section close to outside area and before we could even get our drinks, it was opened 3 times already with the cold blowing on us. (See pic for all the open tables) We asked to move to a booth that was away from the door and they also had 4 of them open. (See pic with all the open table that are much further away from back door) 2nd : The waiter was a little impatient and kept returning to the table every minute to take our order , to which we reply “”Can we have a min , Thanks””. By that we don’t mean a literal min because he was back in a min. We pushed 2 settings to the side of the booth to make it easier for the server to take away. Then he takes the 2 settings right in-front of us. Made no sense but it is minor 3rd : I opened my silverware and it is clearly not polished. 4th : The dish on for the appetizers slides easy on the white plate so if your moving it around especially sharing it can be difficult. I recommend a paper doily/doilies dipped in water under the dish to keep it from sliding around. It was my first time here, I hope to return to an better experience because the Mongolian beef was great.

We had previously dined at PF Chang's and had enjoyed it immensely. Sadly, I was disappointed on this occasion. Masks are not required in Westchester County so staff were unmasked. That is a matter of County and store policy so I was prepared to respect that because I like the food. The restaurant was overstaffed yet appetizers took fifty minutes to reach us and as we feared, main dishes arrived before we finished the appetizers. When I visited the restroom, I noticed that the walkway to it had several pieces of toilet paper on the floor. Sure enough, the men's room had paper on the wet floor also and the inspection card had not been filled out at all. When I reported this to the hostess, her response was the the bathrooms were not under her control. I guess she missed the "team" part of the training. This is sad for me because the food was excellent and this is a nice location. Hopefully, it was just a bad moment. Staff were attentive and a birthday in our party was acknowledged. BTW main entry is from the interior mall, not the street. If you use the street entry, walk around to the front for the host station.
