Today i had called to see if they had a sneaker in stock in my size. The guy said yes they have several available. I was already at the mall so it took me just 5 mins to get to the store. When i got there i asked an employee, a spanish girl with red hair for help. I told her shoe and the size she said she sent someone get them from downstairs. They brought up the wrong shoes twice and 15 minutes go by im still waiting, a spanish lady then comes in and asks for the same sneaker in the same size as i asked for. Within 2 mins they brought up the sneakers and she was trying them on while i was still waiting. So i asked the employee where is the sneakers, she said their still looking for them in my size but somehow they was able to immediately find it for the spanish lady even tho i was there first but ok.They then turn around and say they dont have anymore in my size. Pissed off i walked out. But decided to test things out a bit. So i stood out infront of the store and called the store and asked if they had the shoe in my size and again the guy that answered said YES he has a pair in that exact size in his hands and i can come pick them up. I told him i was just in there and waiting almost 20 mins for them, he then says the employee with the red hair that was suppose to be helping me kept telling him the wrong sneakers. Im not sure if their racist cus i was the ONLY black person in the store but they definitely didnt want me to have...
Read moreThis has got to be the least professional shoe store I have ever been to. Every single member of the staff has 0 customer service skills. I tried on two pairs of sneakers, a size 10 and a size 10.5. I handed both boxes to the manager and said I’d take the 10. She never checked the sizes (and neither did I because I’m not the one getting paid to make sure the sizes are correct while ringing a customer out). I brought them home, wore them once, and at the end of the day, as the sneakers were on the ground, I noticed that one shoe was a 10 and one was a 10.5. I immediately brought them back to the store and notified the staff of their mistake. Mind you, it was the same members of staff that originally sold me the shoes. 0 accountability - telling me it was my fault for not checking them in the store, my fault for not keeping the box or receipt, despite me believing that I was sold the CORRECT sneakers, yelling behind me as I walked out of the store like a gang. This store is employed by a bunch of unprofessional children who have no manners, courtesy, or sense of responsibility. Employees like this are the reason no one wants to shop at cross...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service here is terrible. The staff acts like helping customers is a burden, and they go out of their way to avoid assisting you.
I went to pick up an order (knowing I hadn’t received the confirmation yet—I even mentioned that to the employee). Since I placed the order early that morning and it was already around 2 PM, I figured it might be ready. Instead of checking, the worker brushed me off and told me my order was cancelled—no explanation, no effort. The very next morning, I received a confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. So clearly, they could have helped me but just chose not to.
I walked across to Foot Locker instead and had the sneakers I needed in less than five minutes.
Also worth mentioning: the entire store...
