I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your location today, April 11, 2024. I visited your restaurant at 9:22 PM to dine in. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by discriminatory treatment from two staff members, Anthony M and the lady who claimed to be the manager.
When I placed my order, Anthony M asked me twice if I knew English, which made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of my background.
What's more, after I received my order, the manager informed me that I had to eat at a specific table and clean up after myself. This was not only unusual but also felt like an attempt to dictate how I should behave in your establishment.
Given the time of my visit (9:22 PM) and your closing time (10 PM), I found it odd that I wasn't allowed to simply enjoy my meal without additional restrictions. I felt unwelcome and targeted because of my Hispanic background. As a result, I ended up eating in my car, which was not my preference.
I have attached pictures of my receipts and the pizza I ordered, which demonstrate that I was a paying customer who deserved better treatment. I believe that the treatment I received was discriminatory, and I hope that you will take immediate action to address this incident and ensure that your staff is trained to provide respectful and inclusive service to all customers.
Specifically, I request that you investigate this incident, address the behavior of Anthony M and the manager, and provide training to your staff on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you will take to address this issue. If you need more information from me, please don't hesitate to contact...

For years I've searched for the perfect pizza spot, and I'm thrilled to say that Pepe's Pizza Napoletana has always exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment we walk in, the warm and cozy atmosphere draws you in, and the aroma of freshly baked coal fired oven dough had our mouths watering.
The service was top-notch - Sabrina, our friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable server is always on point (deserves a bonus) and helps us navigate the menu. And what a menu it is! With a range of classic and creative options, there's something for everyone. We opted for the Doppio Pepperoni pie and Bacon pie, and oh boy, they did not disappoint!
The crust was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crispiness and chew. The sauce was fresh and tangy, and the cheese was melted to perfection. But what really stole the show was the quality of the ingredients - fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned.
We left feeling full and happy, with a newfound appreciation for the art of coal fired pizza-baking. Pepe's Pizza Napoletana has earned a permanent spot on our go-to list, and we can't wait to come back next week for more!

Read moreRegrettably, the pies aren't as good as when they first opened this location. To our surprise, the red sauce is now garlic sauce that's red, but it's okay if you like that. The crust is different. It's still thin which is key, but it's hard rather than crisp-- we thought it could have been stale since we couldn't even cut it with a sharp knife. For the record, we had 4 different kinds of pies- red cheese-less, onion, classic and white clam; the same disappointing crust issue on all pies. I wish they'd seriously consider retooling the bake or the recipe to get back to their original exquisiteness. I'll go back hoping for that original perfection.
This is also a new thing. I hate to knock on the service because servers work harder than anyone. It was pre-dinner rush and the place was empty. We don't mind getting our own utensils, napkins and chasing down a waiter to order extra pies in a pizza place--- but don't call it a full service restaurant and charge for it if you're not going to provide enough floor staff to fulfill that promise. We could not understand why our waiter seemed so elusive until we took a walk and found out. Perhaps an owner will read this and reconsider why the waiters are mixing salad dressing in vats instead of waiting tables and helping customers. Maybe that same owner will consider how much different these comments could be if they fixed a few of...
