Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

The worse time being at Outback since ! Ive been here countless amounts of times and I think this has got to be the WORSE experience here yet. We waited 30-45 minutes for a table for me my son and my husband fine. But once we got the notification, the hostess with the white sweater asked if we wanted a table or booth, we said booth. Then asked for us to wait in the front while I am literally watching her have a full blown conversation with another employee for an extra 10-15 minutes wait, comes back, and tells us that there is only one table available. Gives us the worse seat because it is right by where delivery is and the door is opening and closing and FREEZING (had to ask to sit elsewhere because of this). We order our drinks and appetizer, fine. But then my husband had asked for chili and loaded mashed potatoes WITH sour cream, receives chili REALLY COLD, no sour cream. Comes another 15 min wait just for sour cream JUST TO TELL US THEY HAVE NONE. Then after waiting A WHOLE FREAKING HOUR IN A HALF the main food comes, my husbands food is cold, looks bland AF and unappetizing, my steak and mash is COLD and steak inedible because it was wayyyyyy too effing salty AND not to mention there was a hair in my damn mac and cheese! I swear the only thing thats was OKAY was my sons food and the float that i got that was TBH very much watered down. This must be the worse experience that I have ever had at Outback yet. Last night at 630 pm i went to have dinner with my cousin & friend at outback in yonkers central park ave.We had the worst service ever.The server never introduced herself which i taught was odd she quickly took our drink orders & disappeared. When she returned she only had 2 out of the 3 drinks.Ok no biggie but i shouldn't have to wait till after my guest where finished with their drinks to get mine .When i asked the server for her name she said shantel but appeared bothered that i asked.After that it was downhill we asked for an appetizer & Shantel took our dinner order. We never got offered the bread i've always gotten at outback .We saw the table next to us get it.So i asked another server if we had to purchase the bread now .He politely said no & brought us some.During the course of our meal we tried to get the attention of our server so that we could order more drinks etc.Everything took a long time .My steak sauce & garlic butter came out when i basically was done eating.The entire night out was ruined due to the fact we were now arguing amongst each other due to the fact should we still tip her.I was upset at her attitude & lack of respect.When i asked where were our 2 drinks she yelled across the room that she doesn't handle refills & she don't control the bar.iI just wanted to leave .I've been there numerous times & never had bad food or service but guess there's a 1st time...

Where do i begin, first we arrive there(party of three), we received our silverware wrapped in the napkin. Upon opening 2 or the 3 silverware was dirty, they replaced those the second batch of 2 we received had food still on them, as if they never washed them from the previous useage. Now lets move to the food, the Bloomin Onion was deep fried so long is was dark and burnt. For our main dishes, wings, which was fried in old oil and taste like many different types of food that they fried, I told manager the best part of this meal was my Dr. Pepper, celery sticks and blue cheese, felt like a White Castle burger would have been a better food choice. Then my son had the Outback steak, medium well, hard, burnt an chewy, like it was well done, fries and broccoli, which was cold. Now the manager took off the wings from the bill and insisted on making a new batch of wings, great gesture, but at this point i couldnt trust anything at this place. So my wing proffessional son who took a bite out of the first batch of wings and immediately spit it out, dared taste the managers version of wings when we left in car, and his comment was at least that batch was edible, but he has definitely had better in other places. Long story short, unfortunately this place has gone way down to the bottom of the barrel in food quality. Save your money go to Arbys or...
