Rating one star since I have to at least put one. Visited for the first time in a while today and was so disappointed. It used to be so good and we could tell as soon as we got the garlic “knots” it wasn’t the same cook. While we were sitting waiting on food the manager was loudly “talking” to an employee next to our table. I say talking but it was more like scolding. I’m not sure how old the poor girl was but I’m pretty sure she wasn’t a toddler like he was treating her. Super unprofessional and kind of just mean in general. It’s a very small building so I’m sure everyone could hear. Our food came out and it wasn’t what we ordered. Our waitress was young and open about just starting so it even though it wasn’t amazing service, no one’s perfect so it wasn’t a huge deal. When the right food came out it was not the same as the couple of times we had been. Didn’t taste the same/look the same at all. Our waitress came out and apologized and took complete responsibility for the mistake. She seemed very upset and I smiled and assured her it was ok. She walked off and we started eating. Then another came out and introduced herself and said she’d be taking over. Kinda weird but figured she went home or something. My husband went to pay and the ladies up front asked how it was, he was pretty blunt and told him it wasn’t the same and not that great. He asked if there had been a management change and the employees said they honestly didn’t know and had never gotten a straight answer. Come to find out our waitress ended up walking out after she apologized. She was upset when she came out to ya because she had been in the back being yelled out by the manager. (Which we kind of heard but wasn’t sure what was happening). We told them we had heard him talking to the employee when we first got there and how unprofessional and uncomfortable it made us feel and they both said it unfortunately was a normal occurance for them to be treated like dogs. One waitress mentioned she wished they had a gift certificate or something she could give us but we said it was ok becaused we honestly won’t be going back. So sad since it had...
Read moreSo me and my 2 kids came in for lunch today for the first time and asked for recommendations which we were given.. I got the tortellini and my daughter got the chicken Alfredo and my son got a small pizza as well as the fried mozzarella sticks. I took 2 bites and it was to sweet for me (just not the taste I imagined as I get tortellini other places and it’s not sweet) and my daughter said hers was as well and just tasted different. When the server asked how it was I was honest about mine and she just looked at me and said sorry but didn’t offer to change it or discount it or anything (she could tell as I literally had taken 2 bites and pushed it away) which really surprised me. Also everything we got was on the “lunch menu” and I believe I was charged for added chicken on mine which I did not get. 1 soda and 2 waters. The total was $54. For lunch that seems outrageous and then for us not to eat a total of 5 bites literally blows me away. I don’t believe we will be back unless they offer to fix it, which stinks considering I do go to the doctor across the...
Read moreThe ONLY issue I had was immediately after arriving and going into the men's restroom, I was nervous of what was to come afterwards. From the door not closing all the way that the lock would catch, to a urinary stall basically wrapped in cellophane (it's a one person restroom, so obviously, there's a toilet too). But, the ceiling above it, looked about to fall in, wallpaper ripped off walls and trash overflowing. I was with my son and his mother, and held my comments. If it was just me, I'd have left. I'm glad I didn't. Absolutely everything after walking out of the restroom was great! From the wonderful waitress, to Frank Sinatra playing over the speaker, to likely the best pizza I've eaten. OMG, I'm a pizza freak, so it was a big deal. My son and his mom both enjoyed their meal and dessert, and I would go back in a heartbeat. Because.....I just know that the restroom will get better:). The women's, I heard was great. She even commented on the "cute faucet". I didn't know there was...
