I was out school shopping this week and my youngest wanted to stop and get Mexican food for lunch. When we arrived there was only one other party in the section we were in. Subsequently, two other families, along with an individual customer came in between the time we sat down and the time we ordered our food. I’ll have to admit I was extremely disappointed in the service. We started to order and our waitress said hold on a minute and left abruptly. She did come back a few minutes later with an appetizer and asked for our order again which was weird. Then it seemed to take longer than normal to ask for another basket of tortilla chips and to receive our food. And let me tell you when I say the food was bad, it was bad. I can make a burrito have more flavor and taste better than my son’s $15 burrito gigante. The ground beef was absolutely flavorless, just like the steak fajita I ordered. Everything we finally received was just plain bad. No flavor whatsoever and didn’t even look appetizing.

We were the only ones in the restaurant so the waitress should have been great. I told her I wanted lime with water and she brought lemon. I asked for another hot salsa 2 times and the girl that brought out the food went to get it. We didnt have plates and had to ask the girl from the kitchen, she brought 1. The jumbo margarita had little tequila in it. The food was 44.00 for 1 steak fajita to share, 2 extra tortillas, 1 jumbo margarita on special and 1 queso. While the food was good it was overpriced and not enough alcohol in the drink with poor service. I had to yell for the bill and a box, our waitress was where she'd been the whole time, talking behind the bar. Maybe she doesn't normally waitress is all I can come up with. This is our 3rd time here. First time wasn't bad, 2nd time we ordered carry out and when I got it home it was all cold. When I called they offered to remake it, when I got there the manager told me maybe don't wait so long to come and get the food, I live 5 min from there and left right after I ordered and when I got there the food was already sitting out so it definitely wasn't a time issue. Today we reluctantly ordered again hopeing for a better experience as they are still new. We ordered chicken nachos and asked for shredded, maybe 20% was shredded and hardly any queso on it.
