Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Clarksville

I will never be going back to a place that intentionally makes your order wrong and wastes your time to stroke their pride to be right. Ordered online. Went to pick up order. Came home. Online ordering messed up and it didn’t keep my black bean patty. So my order was wrong. I ordered the queso burger with Swiss cheese, add avocado slices, added mayo, and extra queso, no chip, no pico. It did not have extra queso. It had a quarter size spot of mayo. So I called the store stated I placed an order online and it was wrong. They asked me what I wanted to do and I said is there anyways I can get it remade correctly? The lady on the phone said sure I read it off forgetting to mention the Swiss cheese and the extra queso. Just that I needed the black bean patty. When I arrived to pick it up the manager spent 10 looking for the order in the system saying she needed to find it. I brought the messed up sandwich back with me and went and grabbed the ticket off the top to see if if it had order number on it. She stated she still couldn’t find it. I sat and waited patiently. Another 5 min. She then comes back and goes “can’t find it but I have your sandwich ready.” She then goes on to explain that the online system didn’t charge for slice of Swiss cheese so the kitchen left it off. That they don’t add extras when there’s no charge and had I called it in they could’ve added it in where it charged so they would add. So they intentionally did not make my order correctly. I didn’t reply to that. She then kept on to explain that her kitchen had said they remembered the order and that they said they made it correctly based on the order and that’s why she was looking for the order to prove them right. So I waited for my food a second time so she could argue a point. I didn’t rely to this either. Just offered to pay for it since it wasn’t “placed right” which I never said it was in the first place! Even after they intentionally made it wrong. She says that since she’s a good person she will give it to me anyways. As she goes to walk away I asked her it I could get the extra queso since I paid for it. She says yes. When she returns she hands me the container and there’s two cups and she states there’s the extra mayo and queso for you. I say thank you and go home. I get home and realize there’s fries in the container this makes me happy and I forget her attitude. I then go to eat my burger and it’s wrong again. There’s no Swiss (should’ve guessed), there’s no queso on the burger just the one cup (so not extra). But hey it’s a black bean patty and I there’s three of the smallest avocado slices I’ve ever seen on there. So I pack it up and put in to we fridge. 4/2/23 - We stopped here for Supper & everything went really well! Waitresses were nice, food was good & for the most part restaurant seemed to be clean! I got the Honey Chipotle Crispers with Loaded Mashed Potatoes & Broccoli! My husband got the Smokehouse Combo with 1/2 Rack of Ribs, Honey Chipotle Crispers, Fries, Broccoli & Texas Toast! My Birthday is this week & I got a Free Hot Chocolate Chip Cookie with Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert with 2 spoons so that I could share with my husband!!

Went here on 7/19/18 & even though they were very busy at the time, our waitress Stacey was very attentive to us & the rest of her tables! She was a Very Friendly Young Lady that made our time there enjoyable! She made sure our drinks were always filled & checked to make sure our meals were done right & tasted good! Other waitresses wouldn't even smile when they walked by, but Stacey was Extremely Pleasant & Always Smiled! I wasn't able to fill out the tableside survey because as soon as I went to start it, it shut off! I will ask for her section whenever we return again!

Met my husband here for Lunch while he was in between stores! He is always uneasy when we go out this time of year cause I FAST until Easter! No Breakfast or Lunch & he fills people will think he's not letting me eat! When the waitress came over 2 take our order I told her I was Fasting & she understood, took his order & went on her way! I really appreciated the fact she knew what I was doing & made me still feel welcome to be there! I Love to eat here, the Chipotle Crispers are my Favorite with Loaded Mashed Potatoes! I recommend this place...

Didn't even get to sit and eat. We arrived having seen in the app that there was no line for a party of 5. Myself(21), my father, stepmother, and two younger siblings(12 year old twins). Going in to check in we were then refused seating and told it would be a wait of 45 minutes. There was barely anyone there and we could see several open tables that could seat 6. Barely 1/4 of the restaurant had clients in it. We waited ten minutes and multiple parties of 2-4 were getting seated as they walked through the door. The manager came out to talk to us after we questioned this. Her story for why kept changing. One moment it was no available seating, which we've established was false, the next it was not enough servers, which again was observably false. There was a group of four servers talking by the bar doing nothing, two servers were talking while clearing a table together while three servers actually worked the floor. Then she kept saying that to seat us would be a fire hazard. We asked if we could be sat at two tables by each other. Again the answer was no. This time she kept stuttering, not getting anything a complete sentence or logical thought out of her mouth, and we weren't interrupting. We genuinely wanted to understand the problem. After wasting five more minutes we decided to take our business elsewhere. Family night experience dampened but not ruined. I will find a different Chili's from today onward. This place so long as that manager is there and things remain the same is not worth the trouble. NOT a family...
