I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful from customer service when trying to spend well over $100 at the store. I have 6 children and we were trying to try on our selections, the two girls at the dressing room where not helpful, they were rolling their eyes, shaking their heads, talking on walkie talkies about walking us out to the front of the store when we were trying to make our final selections and check out. They even turned the lights out on us and all the checkouts were closed at 11:03pm! Yes i know you close at 11:00pm but wouldn't it make more sense to let us try on our selections and purchase them instead of having us leave everything there in a cart since we couldn't try on everything? We got minimal items since we could only try on a few things, and still spent $101.48 on the minimal items so I know we would have spent at least $200 if we could have tried the items on, instead we just left them in the cart since apparently we were not welcome there any longer. When my 10 year old daughter was having trouble getting dressed and trying to put items back on hangers the two girls working in the dressing room were getting irritated shaking their heads and rollings their eyes, so i had my daughter leave the things in the dressing room for them to clean up since the lights were turned out on us and one girl actually walked us up to the front of the store! i was very upset and will never be back to that target ever! When we did get to the registered all of them said closed and the cashier was checking out one woman and had all the money bags in his hand closing out his register. So i had to ask were any of the registers open?! Because if not at this point will just leave all this stuff! The guy at the register said he would take care of us, and the other guy behind him seemed to be closing out everything and cleaning up and he was even giving us dirty looks and making us feel completely unwelcome! I honestly have never in my been life been treated so badly by a whole team of people! There was also a another different boy going around the store collecting carts and cleaning up yelling out guess what more carts and some other things completely unprofessional and no one there seemed to like their job in customer service in my...
Read moreTarget has been a main store for many years to our area. I hope it stays for many more. But in the clarksville store, when you walk on, it is not welcoming at all. And a person seems to run into a very large area of very well gone thru items, blocking the entrance into the main area of the Store. I wish they would remove that, an other items blocking the isle ways, with nic nacks or what nots. Making it very late uneasy passing on coming visitors to the Store. In observing the store. I am others were completely overwhelmed with an extreme amount of merchandise of what nots, so heavily placed in every area. I focused on employed people, seemed many, but was drawn to the back rooms mostly. I do hope they take complete stock of what all is available in each departments, and bring it back to the quality store it can be, for all. And provide baggers, when items are scanned, for a guest (s) instead of the awful way there is to purchase items, it now has. Pandemic or not. I believe for each and one store, there should be services, but believe they have went to extremes, an not handling what only one store an area they should consentrate on, that's the store its self, on that corner lot. Considering what's coming into that one location, an how it pleasantly can...
Read moreI am reminded thoroughly why I have not been to this store in almost three years... everything is far overpriced, compared to their near competition.Just a handful of blocks down the road and most problematic is their complete and utter lack of customer service. Instead of having staff available to ask questions and help you out they have little automated kiosks here and there with the target web store pulled up on them.Because the first thing I want to do when I go into a store to speak with human beings, is be directed towards the store webpage that I could have accessed from my own home...
I stood at one of these wonderfully useless kiosks; repetitively hitting the call staff button, and then as soon as it said that there was a staff member available, it canceled my request. I went through this looping cycle for about twenty minutes before just saying no and leaving. suffice to say, I most likely will not be back for probably another...
