It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Clarksville

I ordered a 16 piece with fries and a drink. Came home, opened up my boxes and was shocked to see a 14 piece. Not the end of the world, so I called the restaurant to let them know. After some discussion of how to resolve the issue (paid for 16 and got 14) I was given the offer of either driving to the store for a new 16 piece (30 minute drive) or I could get a refund. I agreed to the refund of course, but was asked to call back in an hour because they were busy and the manager would handle the refund at that time. No problem. I called back a little over an hour later and I was told the the manager gave "bad information" (what employee makes the determination that their manager gave bad information) and was directed to a website. The offer for new wings was even rescinded.

The wings themselves were gummy, soggy and they skimp so hard on the sauces. You might as well just order plain wings and sauce them yourselves at home (that's what we had to do anyways).

It's whatever dudes. It's two wings. I'm not even mad. I'm never going to eat their again though. As I look through these comments, I clearly am not the only one.

P.S. If you are the owner and are really concerned, take a hard look at your personnel and processes. Your business will fail...

I figure they've gotten better over time, considering the reviews on here. My personal experience was that the smoked wings were very tasty, and they're a decent size. I wasn't expecting to get fries with every 8 wings when I bought the 32 of them, but that was not disappointing at all.

What knocks it down for me was that the Ranch is very thin, but it tastes perfectly fine. The other issue I had was that the Santa Fe sauce is advertised as "spicy" but it barely had any actual spice to it. Other than that, I enjoyed the food. It's the only place you can get smoked...

Literal trash!!!!! I’ll leave five exclamation points because I have to leave a minimum of one star.

There is no way this is a real restaurant. It’s like they ordered food from other restaurants and slapped it together in their own labeled bags. And they did a shorty job at that. What a scam!
