Please be cautious when allowing your minor to work at this location. My daughter is a former worker at this location. She is a minor. Her co-worker was allowed to slap a bucket of chicken from her hand as she was preparing an order and he yelled in her face in an aggressive manner as other co-workers stood and watched. My daughter spoke to a shift manager and requested to clock out after the incident that day out of fear for her safety. She informed the manager that she was not going to tolerate how her coworker was treating her. I contacted the store manager Kim that same night and she stated that she felt that it was stemming from an incident that occurred weeks prior; while stating that kids will be kids. I informed the store manager that the threatening behavior should be taken serious and that workplace bullying or harassment is/not allowed in the state of Tennessee. I took it a step further and filed a corporate complaint. The following day, I received a text from the general manager Michael stating that he was investigating the incident, and he asked if I knew that my daughter had quit. I informed Michael that I spoke with store manager Kim that same night of the incident and informed her that safety provisions needed to be made before my daughter returned for her next shift; therefore, it was understood that she did not quit and that she left out of fear. He reiterated that my daughter was quitting and that he would give her a good recommendation for another job since she was a hard worker. I asked him why was the incident of the harassment complaint not being investigated. I also questioned if my daughter was being retaliated against by the employer for filing a compliant, because no questions were being asked about the harassment incident. I was informed that KFC would make the decision if any disciplinary action would be taken. Then I asked, how can an investigation be conducted if no questions are asked of the compliant? I have yet to receive a response. It looks like the said “managers” at this store location condone workplace violence and are very unprofessional. I attempted to meet with the managers at the store location the following day. They refused to speak with me. During this time, I observed the worker that committed the offense against my daughter still working as if there were no reprimands taken concerning this incident. Therefore, If you are an employee and make a complaint, there is a possibility of retaliation. They will not conduct a proper...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst chicken place to eat in Clarksville. The most pathetic customer service in existence couple weeks ago ate at this location the food was meh but I figured it was just that day, my order was missing the side of mac and cheese that I had purchased I tried to call the location five times was not given a receipt and the phone number doesn't ever connect you to a store. Try this location again a few weeks later and tried to inform them about the prior missing mac and cheese and the experience trying to reach their store, the so-called "manager"(I don't think anyone who behaves this poorly in the workplace should be considered for management ever but somehow she qualified) immediately cut to we don't give out free food, funny because at no point in the entire conversation was I asking for free food but simply informing them that their business phone was not working for customers to which she replied, "the phone never works" I was a little offended by her poor customer service but chose to let it Go until I realized that I had to go back because they did not give me a receipt and also forgot to ask me if I wanted sauce which I did so I turned around went back through the drive-thru and I said I would just like to get my receipt for my order I just picked up actual seconds later you hear the most haggy witchy cackle ever, I mean we're talking something straight out of like an animated Halloween decor. I pulled up to the window I got my receipt I asked the employee what her name was because I'm going back to talk to the general manager about her behavior. He pretended to not know his "managers" name. If I was the owner of this establishment and I found out that my employees acted this way I would be so ashamed that I hired them I hope to God someone sees this message and cleans up that kitchen. The chicken was dry and in edible the biscuit was pale and under cooked also there was no butter or honey in the bag. The only thing humanly edible of this 11.00 meal was the instant potatoes. Its so sad that a place named for fried chicken fails so badly its not even the foods fault but the staff cooking and searving it. Honestly would recommend going across the street to slims chicken vs wasting your money here. Update the food here is not safe for consumption 😕 just call this your garuntee stop for...
Read moreI was at this location and one of the ladies who apparently took and fixed my order, misunderstood me and gave me double mashed potatoes when I ask for coleslaw, when I realized it I brought it to their attention and instead of just giving me the coleslaw she wanted to be right. She ask me to go back out to my car and get the extra potatoes before she would give me the coleslaw as if I was trying to get extra food. I was insulted. I wish I had just ask for a full refund because they were out of original chicken for 25min and that's what I wanted. I was very disappointed with my food and service. I will say that another young lady just gave me the coleslaw, but I walked back to my car anyway because I didn't want anyone to think I was trying to get over, but I knew that they were just going to throw them away so I didn't bother bringing them in. I wish I knew her name so I could post it. I will say that she was a Caucasian and they lady who was kind to me was Afro-American, and I did thank her for doing what the other employee/boss or whom ever she was should have done. The coleslaw was the only thing I enjoyed out of that meal and she didn't give it to me. One more thing she said I could just pull back around to the window if I didn't want to come back in. The location is on Wilma Rudolph so there is no driving back around without getting back on the...
