Rally's — Restaurant in Clarksville

It's okay here. Service has been "off" multiple times. Order is wrong about half the time. Food quality is on par with other Rally's locations, so that's a plus.

Figured I'd give them ONE more shot just in-case my experience was an isolated incident or an employee was just having a bad day.

It wasn't.

First, apparently their speaker is broken. The team member kept saying they couldn't hear me and I was SCREAMING (no exaggeration) After being asked to pull up, she took my order and everything seemed hunky dory. No one inside was overly pleasant or unpleasant. Just felt "normal".

However, when I got my food back, they shorted me. I ordered large, they gave me medium. When I handed the bag back, they acted like I inconvenienced them by asking for what I paid extra for. When they handed the bag back, nothing was changed. Same fries as before, nothing. I asked them to fix it again, they refused. So basically, I got ripped off.

Unless something drastic changes, I will not return or I'll drive to the next town over for Rally's. That was just the silliest problem to have especially considering I HAD THE RECEIPT IN HAND.

There's many more better options near by, take advantage of them and avoid this...

I am an employee here and in my honest opinion, this location should be shut down and remodeled. As I scroll through the reviews and feedback, I see that nothing has changed. Only sappy responses from some outside liaison/affiliate of Rally's who wants to make the customer feel better in hopes to retain business. I admire the efforts in expressing empathy towards disgruntled customers, but it will take MORE than empathy to save this restaurant location. I see where the Orkin man comes for pests inspections, but I wonder when was the last time he actually came to INSPECT?

Bottom line, Rally's has great potential as a premier fast food restaurant in Clarksville. But, the employee and work culture of this location is too passive. And the result of this passive nature alludes to unhappy customers and a failing business. I want to see this Rally's location win, but their service and lethargic employees make me wonder if...

I ordered 2 chicken nugget boxes , 2 medium sweet tea, small vanilla milk shake and double fry burger. They gave me two 8 piece chicken strip boxes, I wondered how I spent $35 had to wait 15 min for the wrong food and when I inquired about the cost and the wrong order ,the girl said she would be back with the right food instead she brought food to another car and I inquired about mine and she informed me the manager won’t make it right and I have to go to window and talk to her. The manager said I ordered the strips they don’t have nuggets they have bites I said sorry my 3 yr old granddaughter calls them nuggets, she informed me again they are not nuggets they are bites. After 45 minutes at the Rally’s in Clarksville, In I received no money back , wrong food and she wouldn’t even get my 3 yr old granddaughter her chicken...
